Awful in every way. We have called several times, and been on hold. Once we got a rep, we were disconnected after 15 minutes. The second time, the rep hung up on us. I now understand why they have these terrible ratings.

Worst load board ever! ***** that they can forget to take payment when they have my card and deactivate my account. Biggest fraud I don't know who lets them operate but it needs to be shut down!!! 

HAD MY TRUCK STOLEN FROM ONE OF THERE TRANSPORTORS AND THEY ARE TELLING ME THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO.  

Recently, our company used a central dispatch service to transport a vehicle. During transit, the driver absconded with the vehicle, which remains unrecovered. Efforts to locate our vehicle have involved police across multiple states. However, central dispatch has been dismissive of the situation, taking no action. Despite this incident, the trucking company involved continues its operations without facing any repercussions. We have filed numerous reports with central dispatch to no avail.

I hired Sherpa Auto Transport to move my car. I know it put up on Central Dispatch and it was up for $1150.00. (Someone sent me a screenshot of the listing) I agreed to $1400.00 when I spoke to them. Miraculously, I got a call from someone shortly after I spoke with them and the guy sounded like he know my arrangement with ******. I got ripped off $295.00 from *************** LLC because he told me he had a driver and I had to pay $295.00 to secure the job. Because I thought is was Sherpa, I paid it. I paid $1400 for the haul and $295.00 I'll never get back. Something It seems like someone double brokered my car and handed me off to a fraud. Sherpa seemed professional, sent emails, and called when they had a driver. I'm not sure what happened, but how does a Broker get involved with a listing that is posted my another Broker? ****** cancelled my job and apologized. I emailed Central Dispatch with a complaint. (Crickets) I emailed all the other boards and to them what *************** LLC did to me, every one wrote back and thanked me for letting them know. They also stated that this Broker was not on their account. ********************** is a scammers paradise. Look at all these reviews from people who got scammed through their service. Apparently they have an inside "Good Ol Boy" rating system. The way I see it, If you play the game, you get good ratings. If you don't, you get bad, They should put a public rating system up with all the companies information attached available. This industry is a cesspool. One star was mandatory. ,.I..

Unscrupulous business practices. I was a member for over 2 years. Spent thousands of dollars. You are supposedly paying for their service in advance. So they will cut your account off for non-payment. Then they will deactivate you. Then they will take over a week to reactivate you. Then they will want money for the entire time you have not been able to use the service! They have a warning when you call them that abusive language will not be tolerated. That should be a clue that you're getting ready to be mad as h*** Which is what happened to me, and now I am banned for abusive language. They have a monopoly and they know it. They charge $125 a month! Truck stop only charges $40 a month. As well as dat. The two industry leaders in load boards. So why does central dispatch charge more than double that? There needs to be an investigation buy an attorney general. This company is just more than corrupt.

Why does Central dispatch believe that they can get away with ignoring customer complaints and allowing fraud on their platform ??We will begin working with The ***** , FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY ADMININSTRATION DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCIAL ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTIGATIONS DIVISION.They can not operate like a ******* monopoly.

I got scam also they never showed up give me a sad story after I pay 250 in front now they dont wanna give me my refund back they taking advantage of us working hard people not even one star

Transporters never show up then they charge you to relist over and over again. Complete joke. They said you can pay more to cover when that happens. So their solution to getting ripped off is pay more. Terrible

We are a car carrier company, and unfortunately we are one more victim and we lost money because no one is going to pay **, since apparently some carriers and broker accounts are being hacked in Central Dispatch. After our episode, we alerted Central Dispatch of two suspicious companies that are doing double brokerage and surely opening fake companies pretending to be as much as brokers or carriers and creating discomfort in this business. Their response was that they cannot do anything and they did not take action with these companies and they are still active, surely scamming more carriers.
