    I would not recommend this place at all. I ordered a part from **** on March 27th. Bionic created the shipping label on that day. The guy in charge of their **** store was going to be gone starting on the 28th, which I was notified that this was happening. The part was never shipped out. I waited until the 31st to message them to let them know of the situation when they got back. I then called 8 times starting on April 1st. All of these calls were either transferred and disconnected due to being timed out, disconnected out right (one of those I was asking for a manager, specifically *****, and **** disconnected the call, which I believe that is what he said his name was), or "We will call you back" with no callback. I then messaged them through **** several more times, 2 of them after they were supposed to be back on the April 6th. I reported them on April 5th to **** as a backup for a refund should this not be resolved. I never got a response that entire time through my messages on ****. On April 8th, I asked for my refund and got it from ****. On April 10th, I was contacted by ******** of Bionic through a message on **** that I should have read the posting that orders and messages would not be gotten to from March 29th through April 10th. Considering his own message said March 28th to April 6th, his own co-workers verified this when I did call, and the order was placed on the 27th with the label created; I don't think that the problem was myself. If anyone else has dealt with them and had a good experience, good for you. But I am glad I do not have to deal with them anymore than I already have. Save your grief and go elsewhere.
