    On May 13th 2025 I found an ad for a wiring harness for the motor of a 2004 ***** ES330 online and filled out the interest form within minutes I received a call from ***** ***** the parts manager of bionic Auto parts and was told that the part would be $75 with shipping he sent me an email with pictures of the part and so I gave him my credit card number and within seconds several transactions popped up on my card I immediately put a hold on my card and told Mr ***** that a bunch of transactions went through on my card and was told that that was a glitch in their payment system and that my money will be refunded however when he went to try to refund my money he said that it wouldn't go through because I needed a balance or cash in my account if I could place more cash in my account I've never heard of such a thing and I refuse to do so none of my money was ever refunded but I was told that the part was on its way couple days later I called back to make sure that my heart was on his way and then the rest of my money would be refunded which was a total of $209.82 that was taken off of my car from this company and I asked to speak to a manager and was put ***** who said that he would do what he could to refund my money and gave me a tracking number to a package being shipped through ***** to ****** and when I tried the packages said that the package would be to me within the next two days I waited a couple of days and I never received anything when I went on ***** website to track check the tracking if it was delivered to ****** when I went to try to see what address it was delivered to it has to it asked me to verify that it was my package and the email address that the package was linked to was I didn't recognize so basically I just want to be refunded my money because I feel like they're trying to scam me telling me that I need to put more money in my account when I haven't received anything in the first place.

    Im sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing. It appears you have fallen victim to some type of phishing internet fraud. It appears a fraudulent business in ********** is using a name very similar to ours, which may have caused confusion. I have contacted via email this company several time trying to get them to stop s******* people. 


    To clarify:
    Our companys full legal name is Bionic Auto Parts &***********, located in *********** been in business since 1977 Not Bionics Auto Parts this is a total scam on these guys part notice the * after the word Bionics
    Our address is *******************************************************************, and our phone is (773)?********. 
    We do not sell wire harnesses, and we have no record of any sales of such a product.
    We have no employees matching the names shown in your screenshots, so theyre not associated with us. We do not except cash app or zelle as a form of payment. We would provide a invoice and or order number. 

    If I can help in any other way with this matter please let us know

    I am writing to formally inform you of the potential for legal action due to what we believe is a clear case of name infringement. We have become aware that your business is operating under a name that is significantly similar to ours, Bionic Auto Parts.

    This similarity is causing confusion among our customers and within the marketplace, and it has the potential to negatively impact our brand reputation. We have invested considerable time and resources in building recognition for the Bionic Auto Parts name, and we are concerned about the overlap. We have already received several concerns about fraud regarding your business. We will be sending a certified letter in the near future.

    i was sold a transmission for $1250+tax from bionic auto parts.they decided to keep my money and not send me transmission.i was told they werent paying for shipping,even though there ad clearly states it shipped for free.now i cant get my money back,i asked many times still no money.i was told i was issued refund which i cant get.i am very concerned about this company as i feel there scamming me and i cant get any help.
