"I went in on 9/16 I do not remember signing a auto pay cause I would have to hand them my credit card I only got the bill a couple days ago and I was about to pay it with my HSA card and my main card already had a transaction came through I checked it to find out that it was from them I tried calling the clinic they told me that I had to call the billing department on Monday so I called today asked to speak with a manager because I never signed anything for auto pay. They called around 3:30 my time I could not answer I call back and can not get transferred to a manager cause there in a meeting and I said interrupt the meeting cause I need to speak with a manager was told they can not I need this resolved cause it is a fraudulent transaction and they said that it is not cause we have your signature on this and I said I am stopping you now how do you know that it is my signature because you do not I need this money refund so I can pay you the way I want to and still the manager has not called me back."
