    Worst online course I have ever seen in my life, and ive taken many. Took me 10 hours total. At end of course I could not advance to take the assessment which was included in the bundle price I purchased. Instead of advaqncing to the exam, it kicked me out of the program, could not log back in, and could not fill out an additional form needed to get to the actual exam. **************** had a recording "long wait times". At last I was finally able to rectify this problem when cutomer service had to manually give me access to the exam module, which I passed after 15 minutes. The course module is extremely slow. Stop taking peoples money for job required courses, then not providing people with what they are entitled to receive.

    Made two phone calls just to get into my account. They blamed the organization where I took the class. Then didn't make the appropriate adjustment in order for me to view my score and print the certificate.After a time consuming process I was told I can't do this on my phone, I need to use a laptop or desktop. The agents I spoke with were polite as far as I know, but the call center is located "off shore" so a language barrier complicated everything. Still don't have my certificate. But I could have them mail it for all additional fee.I'll be visiting the library to try and print it.I wouldn't recommend this organization.

    I needed a ******* to take my exam and I emailed atleast 7 of the ******* they gave me in my area, NOT A ONE HAS GOTTEN BCK TO ME .wht a joke like these ppl are supposed to help you .
