5 starsGreat price for amazing seats. Easy to purchase and the tickets were sent to my email within a minute, No dramas at all. My tickets were $90, normally $200.I did spend a lot of time doing research on this website and others. Im happy with the deal I got.

1 starTHIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIPOFF. I PURCHASED TWO TICKETS FROM THEM TOTALLING OVER $1250 ONLY TO FIND THAT THE ACTUAL PRICE OF THE TICKETS WAS $518. AND THEY POCKETED THE REST . OH- AND THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!Rateyourseats.com

1 starThis place is shady AF. On their site it said $70/ea for tickets on the page where you pay. There is no breakdown or mention of additional fees. I got an email confirmation and was charged an extra $62.10. I called and the "customer service" rep said that in their T&C it states they can charge service fees. I told him there is no mention of any percentages or anything else. He said it depends on the show. So you can charge whatever you want? SHADY SHADY.Rateyourseats.com

1 starSCAM---purchased concert tickets 2 months ago and never received tickets despite several email attempts requesting them. One email response from them assured me that I would receive my tickets or instructions on how to obtain them on June 6th--4 days after the June 2nd concert !!!! A follow up email assured me that I would receive instructions within 48 hours. I was on the phone with a representative 3 hours prior to the event, who assured me that I would get an email with instructions--NEVER received any email !!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.Rateyourseats.com
