1 starI purchased tickets via RateYourSeats.com for a ************** game on 9/18, intending to purchase for the 9/19 game. However, my purchase was processed for the wrong date (9/18) which was the same day of the event, and only one hour before game time. Since I live over 2.5 hours from the venue, it was impossible for me to attend and resell these tickets. I contacted the company immediately (within minutes) after realizing the mistake to request a correction, refund, or credit. I was refused, with the explanation that because I approved the payment and that I have received the tickets electronically, nothing could be done. The only option offered was to resell the tickets, but this was impossible with only one hour before the event and no friends or family in the ******* area to use them.The tickets were unusable and unused, and I did not receive the benefit for which I paid. I request a refund of $106 or a credit of equal value toward a future purchase, as this was a product that was not usable under the circumstances.The checkout process on RateYourSeats.com makes it very easy for this type of mistake to happen, and I believe many other consumers may face the same issue. A short ***** period or error-correction policy would be a fair and reasonable solution.Rateyourseats.com

Sellers are automatically notified when an order is placed, and must confirm the order to finalize the purchase. Once this happens, our customers are backed by our 100% Buyer Guarantee and the seller is guaranteed payment in exchange for fulfilling the order. 5 starsWe ordered 4 seats in two separate orders for a spring training game in ******* in March. We became quite nervous while waiting for our tickets to arrive, but it worked out fine as the tickets all arrived before game day and we were able to attend the game as planned. Another aspect that made us nervous was there was no way to transfer the tickets to the *** Ballpark app, but they scanned perfectly from the link provided. Will we use them again? 4 starsSaw ******** in SF on 1/5/25. Bought 4 tickets back in November for Mezzanine, Row L and received the tickets 2 days before the Musical. We had no issues with Rateyourseats.com and were happy with our seats and experience buying them from them. I would buy future tickets from them and can recommend the site to others.Rateyourseats.com
