I have received numerous spam calls from this company, ranging from 7 am to almost 9 pm every single day except for Sundays. I have contacted Peerless Network and asked them to stop contacting me and remove my number from their call list. I have registered my phone number on the National Do Not Call List, and it has been over **************************************************** They are breaking the law. This has been going on for over a month now and I want it to stop.Business Response

Peerless did not make the telephone calls that are the subject of this complaint. Peerless is not a telemarketer and does not make any solicitation or telemarketing calls. Nonetheless, to the extent Peerless receives complaints or requests that consumers not be called, Peerless provides that information to its customers and requests that they take appropriate action, including putting telephone numbers on their Do Not Call List. However, in this case, Consumer did not provide the telephone number making the unwanted calls. If the consumer provides this information, Peerless will contact the customer and request that calls cease to Consumers telephone number. Consumer can also provide this information directly to Peerless via email *********************************************** or can call ************. I continue to receive phone calls from " PEERLESS NETWORK OF ********** " user "***********************" from ************ - SPAM, TELEMARKING CALLS, who want to assist me with a fake tax debt - which I do not have.Phone call was received Monday October 24 @ 4:46pm from ************ VOIP number which is listed with "PEERLESS NETWORK OF **********".I am registered with the *** "DO NOT CALL LIST" and updated every year on the same list.PEERLESS NETWORK OF **********, I am making it clear via the BBB complaint and a separate email sent to all of the "PEERLESS NETWORK OF **********" Executives that we have retained all phone calls from the "PEERLESS NETWORK OF **********" user, voice mails, and phone list from our carrier. We have obtained legal representation and have made clear and obvious attempts to reuqest "cease and desist" from any contact. The clients of this business (Peerless Network) haress me constantly by making calls to my number with the assist of this business's service. I clearly communicated with this business about not wishing to receive any call from any of their clients and they promosed to notify their clients not to call me. My son texted me and said someone from this number was trying to contact me. I called and was told I had judgements against me for a payday loan I knew I wasnt going to pay! I advised that my identity was stolen and I was judgement proof! He hung up! He never answered who he was!Business Response

This man was very intimidating and very rude and abrasive! My next complaint will be to the consumer protection board! Even though I advised him my identity was stolen he was still abrupt and hung up in my face! He needs to be held accountable.

I am rejecting this response because: the phone number is ************** and the guy I spoke with was rude and abrasive. He said in 2015 I took out a payday loan and never paid it back! I told him I never did that nor did I use my old address in 2015. I was homeless. I also told him my identity was stolen and this is why I have a block on my credit now. I no longer wish to hear from them as I am judgement proof and own nothing of value.
