Purchased an Atlas BBCor bat for $350.00. Broke at the handle after a few uses. Sent in for warranty and was accepted. Was offered a voucher instead of replacement assuming due to no stock. The voucher is worthless as it does not replace the defective bat. There is a comparable bat in a different color at a higher cost and customer service would not accommodate the price difference. I just wanted to be made whole for a defective bat and was instructed LS is limited on helping me due to corporate policy. This is not how you build brand loyalty.

On custom orders they will give you a lead time of day 3 to 4 weeks at time of order. That really means nothing in the minds of the company. I have been waiting 6 weeks now and the company is telling me they have no way to see where the item is in the production line. I would suggest that people do not order a custom item from this company you will just be frustrated and left with no answers at the end of the day

Purchased a select pwr bat for my son. Cracked after a week of use. They said they would replace the bat. A month later still no replacement bat. Every time I call they say it will ship soon. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a custom bat almost 6 weeks ago and still have not received it. Two kids on my sons team ordered 1.5 weeks after my son did (same custom bats too!) and have already received them. Customer *** took my info and would email me back by end of the day and never did. Very disappointed overall. *****

If you want a bat for baseball season don't order from Louisville Slugger. My college age son ordered a custom bat January 6- was told 3-4 weeks. It is February 23rd with no bat in site. Called twice, first time they said "bat is being made". Today I called and now told 6-8 weeks. OK so didn't have the bat for minor league BB camp, now we're 3 weeks into college ball with no bat! I'm furious. Spending $300 to go through bb season without it. I really don't care why it's delayed. But we should have been contacted by someone to explain the situation. Oh- and don't bother emailing them because they won't respond. Horrible customer service and terrible company standards that they can't get a bat out in 2 months.

I ordered 2 custom bats 7 weeks ago for my Boys Christmas presents. The order said 3-4 weeks so I left plenty of extra time. One bat came and the other one is nowhere to be seen. I have officially called 7 times and emailed 4 or 5. They asked me to send pictures of the box the 1st bat arrived in which I have done twice now. They keep telling me they will process the other bat and send a tracking # but I don't have any tracking number or any information. I keep being told someone will respond within an hour with an update, but nobody ever calls or emails. Now Christmas is only 6 days away and running out of time. Be careful ordering custom products, extremely poor service.

Their warranty claims website sends you in circles and you are unable to submit any claims because the section where it requires you to add a picture of the receipt and picture of the bat gets stuck on a white screen and spins in circles and then resets on you and sends you back to the form to fill out. I called and spoke to someone one the phone they said they are having a lot of issues with this and its because I am not using jpeg and asked me to submit using jpeg.. so I downloaded a program that changes the format to jpeg and tried again and still does the same thing. Now I cant get a hold of anyone. I have submitted email requests to open a case and no answers back. I have been trying to warranty this bat for 3 months now with no progress ..

Filed claim and then waited 3 weeks for a voucher. Louisville slugger does not have any comparable bats in stock for the bat that we returned. The bat we returned was used 4 times and then broke. After numerous phone calls and complaints, we finally received a voucher to buy a new bat, there are no bats in stock that are comparable to what we returned. **************** offers no solutions besides to wait and see what bats become available in the future. They wont let ** talk to any supervisors. Its basically 350 dollars down the drain. Worst customer service on the planet.

    Hello,

Our apologies for the lack on inventory. Seeing that spring baseball season is over or almost over, our inventory of bats is low. We try our best to keep ample inventory in stock. With the cost of the original bat being $269, we felt an upgraded voucher amount of $350 would compensate for the inconvenience. At this point, the only option would be to wait for inventory to replenish. Once again, sorry for the issue.

    Regards,

I would have rather given NO stars!! I bought the Meta last summer so that my daughter would have the bat broken in for softball season. The meta broke 6 months after the purchase, so it is still under warranty. I have been in contact with Louisville Slugger since FEBRUARY, it is now April. The bat was deemed defective. They promised a replacement within 8 days. Its been 2 months! Now they tell me that the Meta - has defects and needs to be replaced with the **** however the difference in cost will not be reimbursed. On March 30, they told me they would mail the *** that day. Today, on April 11th - Im still getting the run around. One excuse after the next. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE A LOUISVILLE SLUGGER PRODUCT AGAIN! And Im a Kentuckian - so sad!!!!!!!!!!!

Not happy being a season ticket holder anymore. They got on me about giving unused tickets away to families to trade those tickets in for that days game, which is not illegal. Never had a problem before in the years past. But it's all about the money nowadays. Takes the fun right out of baseball, the way it used to be. Definetely Will Not Be renewing my tickets for next year. Wish I could get a refund for the rest of the remaking year. Would give them less than a 1 star if I could. Definitely Minus 10.
