    Will not refund and ordered cloth body doll and received full plastic doll. This company is a scam. You dont receive the dolls that are posted on the website. They dont email you back or contact you regarding any complaints or refund requests.

    My daughter saved and saved for a babydoll from here, and I should have looked harder for reviews. The doll we received is not even close to the doll advertised and return shipping costs as much as the doll. I am disgusted in the scam this company is running and heart broken for how distraught my daughter is. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

    How I wish I'd read these reviews prior to ordering a doll from rsgdolls. Yes, they are a SCAM. The doll I ordered has no resemblance to the one on their website. In fact, upon closer examination, I'm convinced their beautiful web photos are not of dolls at all but rather real infants. I reached out to their customer service and received a speedy reply saying they will work on the matter, but as expected, I never heard back from them again.

    I just received the dolls in the mail and am horrified. My daughter screamed when she opened the box because one of the dolls are just that scary. Neither of the dolls are what I ordered. I opened one of the boxes and a smell so horrible came out of it and is lingering. This company should be investigated. I just sent an email for a refund and am waiting on a response.

    This company is an absolute scam. I received a completely different doll than what I ordered. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. The payment was reversed within 72 hours. BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
