I ordered a doll for my daughter from this RSG dolls site. It said it was a real life looking doll. What we received did not look at all like the picture-clothes were different, hair was different, size was different, face was different. I reached out to the company per their website (which states if you are not 100% satisfied you can requests a refund after reaching out to their customer service to start the return process). I got a response asking for pictures, my order number and so I responded back with those items. For a week no one response back. So I email them again and then proceed to get various people responding with varying responses of negotiating % of refund amounts varying from nothing to 10%, 15%, 20%, 40% and the latest was 50% refund. I have referenced over and over their policy and even sent them a screenshot of their own posted website policy. *** threatened filing fraud with my *********** filing a BBB complaint and an AGs office complaint but they arent cooperating. This has been nothing short of miserable. This company shouldnt be in business or be allowed to be in business. This is unethical and deceptive business practice and consumers are losing money to this company.Initial Complaint

On December 24, 2024 i ordered a 20" Handmade Lifelike Reborn African American Newborn Baby Eyes Closed Girl Nayyra with ***************** Reborn Doll. The company said my product was delivered on January 3, 2025 but they sent it to the wrong house. They confirmed my address and whoever they shipped with (*** which is the shipping company) sent it to another house and they sent me a picture of my package on someone else doorstep. Ive been emailing them both about coming up with a solution and both keep sending me to one another with no real solution. I hope they dont think I can just let it go and move on when I spent to much money. Ive been extremely patient and respectful with them both but it seems they are not trying to work with me to either send out another Reborn to the right address or simply give me my refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a baby doll but they sent me the wrong doll. They don't have a customer service to call. I emailed them and they asked for specifics which I gave. They said they would only refund 10% of what I spent and wouldn't exchange it for the correct doll. They sent me a cheaper doll that wasn't even close to what I ordered. I purchased two dolls with this business online on 11/29/2024. Total cost was $235.99. The product shipped was not what I expected and so I requested through their customer service a full refund. They kept negotiating refund amount. At first they were offering 10%, then 20%, then 30%. But in order to receive a full refund the business stated I have to ship the product to ***** which costs approximately $600 to ship via ***. The business has yet to tell my why I cannot ship back to their US location of ******* instead of *****. I believe this is a scam where the vendor knows no one in their right mind will spend triple the price to ship back an item to another country. With the numerous complaints already filed I am hoping this business will desire to improve their business practices.Initial Complaint

I order 2 dolls from this place. The dolls were not as advertised. I contact the business to request a full refund and a return. On their website, it said they would issue a full refund upon talking to someone they said they would give me only 10% compensation. I ordered a baby doll off this website Saturday September 28, 2024. I spent $94.65, when the doll arrived on October 5, 2024, it was not the correct doll. I reached out to the company both on ******** messenger and through email. The *** I was talking to on messenger had finally decided to give out another baby after telling me that I could not afford it. I just wanted the company to make it right, and they told me it was not good for them to take a baby back after it was sent. I would be responsible for $30 of the new baby but when I went to fill out the purchase two different cards of mine rejected due to scam alert. Now the lady has been extremely rude and now not holding up to what they said they would do to make it right. Also when I checked out the baby they wanted to send out the description on the doll was way off according to the ****Initial Complaint

Greetings The doll that I received is not the doll advertised, not is it the doll that I paid my hard earned dollars for. My order was placed on July 5, 2024, and the order # is AY0017486. Please assist me in any way that you can, as I see that, as I was assured, 'they scammed you!' This is totally unethical and a breach of trust. Whereupon I have requested that the company either send me the doll that I paid for, or just please refund me an entire refund, please. Thank you.
