1 Extremely out of date. His slides are 13 years old and mentions products that no longer exist! Does not mention AI which has become useful for job search. He advertises about 27 lessons so a good number are useless. Also, very repetitive. 2 As the complaint mentioned here he guarantees a 30-day refund if unsatisfied. He pulls stuff that will delay this. To protect yourself, use a credit card and if dissatisfied, dispute it with your card company. Use ***** MC, Amex or Discover laws seem different for ****** and others. You will get an immediate reversal, and he must answer the card company by law.3 Conducts a weekly review of a resume and answers some questions. I found it excessive and boring. He basically makes the same points each week. Does not allow open (all hear) questions as in a zoom meeting. My opinion is that he does not want an open discussion. He advertises that he has over 400 of these to which you get access. It is worthless and not time efficient beyond a few.4 Before you listen to his weekly sales pitch (he runs webinars weekly and tries to appeal to older workers and those out of the workforce, among others. In my opinion, he gets you on fear. 5 I have since researched Jobscan, TealHQ, and looked at sites like ****** ****** and AvidCareerist. Look there. The first two will tell you more, in my opinion, than he will for many more times the cost. If you want personal input just shop for it. I found his advice diametrically different than well regarded sources and my schools. Who is right? You judge and try by sending out resumes and making other contacts. 6 He is not totally off base in my opinion, but his price is crazy for what you get, and he is sorely out of date. 7 My final thought is anyone that is deceptive about the guarantee (he has it worded carefully so watch out). I wouldn't be surprised if he responded to this with some manipulation of the truth.8 Get better help. Good luck with your search.
