1 starI don't think you want me to tell you what I think! For over two years I have been working with this company (Excel Book Writers) We had our *** and downs. I agreed to some things. They agreed to some things. We built what i thought was a really nice book. After it taking 'forever', I finally was able to purchase a book from ******. Yes, you read that correctly. I received NO books from Excel but I did give them a lot of $$$$$$$. I simply cannot get ANY books from the publisher...which was agreed upon in the contract. My recent emails to them have been blocked. I have not received contact from those with whom I worked. And I still have no books and customers are unable to purchase from ************************* BOOKS.Who are all these people who are writing amazing reviews?????Please think many times over before using this publishing company. Nice people...bad business. And yes, I was a nice person with whom to work!Seriously, after complaining I must add that for a new author: it is critical to rely on reviews and suggestions from other new authors. It is critical that once a contract has been agreed upon, then the company and the author should agree on the outcome. It is critical that once an author has provided payment for contracted items, those items should be carried out. It is critical that the company with whom the contract has been agreed upon should, within a reasonable length of time, complete the process by providing the agreed upon product. It is critical that professionalism is in place throughout the total process - just just promises but PRODUCT. Don't say "Oh, that's just water under/over/wherever the bridge. "Don't say, "Oh, don't cry over spilled milk or juice or whatever."/I spent my money and I was so excited to have my book published. ******* ****

Regarding the shipping of your books, I want to clarify that we did ship the books twice; however, due to address issues, they unfortunately did not reach you. We are happy to resolve this by ensuring the correct address is on file and shipping your books again.
As for the other aspects of your project, all the specifications you requested for your book were fulfilled, and we have your approval letters on file confirming the completion of these elements.
We are committed to delivering the agreed-upon products and want to make sure this issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to update your shipping details so we can get your books to you as soon as possible.

They made the editing/publishing experience smooth and I am happy to see my writing out there due to their hard work. 5 starsThis was an excellent experience for a new publisher! ******* and his crew did a fantastic job with my book. They were patient and made sure that everything was exactly as I wanted it. I had no issues throughout the process, and everything was returned for my approval in a timely manner. I would highly recommend their work! I will be using them for future books!Excel Book Writing

1 starI have published 2 books with Excel and it's been a nightmare! I paid thousands, and got a book with errors. I am so disappointed in this company! I write children's books and was hoping to get them out to the public. They said they'd have a website for me to help market my books...nothing! I wish I could get my money back!!!Excel Book Writing

5 starsMy project manager **** came on board at the end of the publishing process of my 2nd book "Fluttering On". He was a great asset in the final process in finalizing my book for publication. My inspirational poetry book is very unique with special touches and tells a personal story as the sequel to my first book "Flutter of an Eye". He understood what I was looking for such as incorporating names, dates and pictures in combination with various poems in my book. He offered great suggestions to highlight specific special poems and was always there to lend a hand and use his expertise! His understanding of the story I was trying to tell was crucial and beneficial. The book turned out beautiful and I look forward to sharing my inspirational poetry with others to be inspired by as well. **** did an "Excel"lent job with the attention to details and understanding the special touches and attention to detail that I wanted to reflect the poems and tell a story!
