4 starsI wrote a 76 page biography. The editing process was long and laborious. It took way too long. But in the end it was perfect, which is what I wanted. I had to ask the photos to be cropped and it took several attempts to get them into the appropriate chapter. In the end I had to wait from August until October 28th to receive my book. 1 starThey are very hard to deal with. ****** ***** is a jerk. I'm having very much difficulty uploading my memoirs and since he is impossible to deal with o want my $800.00 returned. I have several other companies dying to do my book for a far better price with better results. He refuses to refund my monies. Please assist.. thank you.Excel Book Writing

5 starsTo whom it concern, I think your company should give a little consideration for young author or beginning author, on prices of their books. Because of the inflation going. When or if the inflation rate goes down then your company can go back to there regularly prices!Excel Book Writing
