    This company is completely scam! They had my project since oct 22. I paid over $500 for 100 copies of my book, all they need to do was print and send them to me, since I spoke with *************** who supposed to be the manager of my Project he promised me that my book will be delivered in December what never happened.His explanation was that my "Spanish version" - my book first launched is in Portuguese not Spanish - had a lot of things to be correction.So, since figure it out that I got scammed from this company I started to call them and ask my money back, they asked me between 10 and 14 works day. I waited for it, when the day came I call again and whatever answer the call keep tell me that ***************** wast at the office yet or he take the day off or he was sick. I've searched for they author, I text them, added them on my social media, searched for theirs book on line, all are fake. All this people who gave them good review also are fake,My name is ****** and my email is professor.lopesgmail.com if someone has any interest to launch a book, please, dont make deal with this company they should be banned out of businesses and Im here to beg you BBB for god sake do something to avoid people got scam

    I searched many book writing companies before I found Excel Bookwriting. They made the process very simple and straightforward. They were very responsive and assigned ************************* to my project. ******* was like my persona assistant...available when I needed him and reliable.******* made sure my book and the cover were exactly as I had imagined.     Since I am a new author, I have nothing to compare my editor with. But if I had many editors from which to choose, I would select ***********************. He is calm, patient, personable, resourceful and very professional. When I suggest a change, he is right there with me, either offering encouragement or what he knows would be a better solution. He is truly interested in a book that is well written and is a Best Seller. Most important of all, *********************** puts up with me.

    Awesome company to work with. ******* has been great keeping in touch with me as I continued to finish up with my manuscript. When I finally got it finished the team worked on my editing process right away. ******* is very good at explaining questions I have. This is my first book writing experience. We are starting my illustrations. I really love the company allowing me to explain my ideas and giving me the freedom to implement and share my ideas for picture layout and designs.
