    My loan worker, ******** lied about the process and how it would be so helpful but was nothing but rude when I told him I read into the process and wasnt willing to take the risk if my credit plummeting. He degraded me by telling me how bad of a place Im in because of my high credit balances. He wouldnt let me cancel so I had to call the main line to get my account canceled and my refund processed. He then proceeded to text me rudely to tell me Ill be taking on all the debt that I got myself in. Ive never been spoken to so unprofessionally by a company thats supposed to be helping me. I would never recommended Forth to anybody

    This company is the worst they say they keep putting notes in the computer but nobody knows anything also they keep taking more than the payment amount out of my account each month

    I needed help with debt consolidation. I signed up with Forth Concordia group and silverlake financing. They have pulled 5 payments of $305 every other week from my banking to pay off my creditors. They said after 45 days from the initial sign up they will start paying creditors off. By day ***** they will not return my calls, emails or texts. This company is scamming and trying to get free money without helping do what they said they were going to do.

    Forth has demonstrated a lack of professionalism and poor business ethic, especially when our Assocation transitioned to a new board. Property managers are not trained properly and are disorganized. Untimely and responsive only partially to questions asked. Our Association misjudged them in many ways.
