1 starInitially things were great until I was made to move less than a month, I'm sorry, 10 entire days after moving into my apartment. I was still unpacking boxes decided to renovate the building that I was staying in and made absolutely no effort to inform me or take the unit I was renting off the market. I've had closet doors fall on me, roaches' run about my apartment, entire fixtures fall out of the shower, all of which with zero assistance or response on work orders. I moved units into a nearby one on a different floor in the same building. I watched as they started doing asbestos renovation in my building, completely unknown to me. I would've never rented the unit had I known there was as best as in it. I watch day after day as unlicensed contractors would demolish and take out all of this as best as material with no safety guards, no face masks, no, personal protective equipment or anything similar. I even submitted a request and discovered that the building does not have any licensing to do asbestos abatement right now whatsoever. There are openly an unabated breaking the law while putting the health of workers and tenants at risk. Stay away from these people.Beal Properties

We have a complete record of communication and work orders that clearly show your concerns were acknowledged and addressed in a timely manner. When the unexpected need for relocation arose, we notified you promptly and worked with you to provide a fair and immediate solution.Your claim that we ignored maintenance requests and failed to respond is simply untrue. Additionally, all building work was fully permitted, fully inspected and conducted in full compliance with all safety regulations and applicable law. Any suggestion otherwise is both inaccurate and misleading.We stand by the professionalism of our team and the care we took to support you. This was *****'s first apartment and ***** went out of his way being helpful and ensuring she was safe. 5 starsThe **** apartment property in Lakeview is the best rental experience I've had in *******. The location, floor plan, and amenities are all great, but what sets **** apart is their exceptional team members who are always there to address any questions or concerns. *****, the lease processing coordinator, recently helped me add a roommate to my lease agreement with efficiency and professionalism. She promptly responded to my email questions with a r respectful and courteous demeanor. What's. more, she listened to my concerns, explained the process, and worked with me until the task was successfully completed. The building engineer, *****, has also been a reliable and friendly resource for the past 4 years, ensuring my apartment stays in working order. But that's not all! The beautifully maintained landscape is a visual pleasure thanks to ***** and his team. Despite his busy schedule, ***** always responds promptly to requests for repairs. 2 starsI found these apartments, thinking it was a good deal for the price, but the building really is not that great. The only person that will respond to you is the building manager, not the **************************. Our washers and dryers have been down for awhile and I get in our lease they are not liable for anything happening to the laundry room, but when tenants are emailing you with questions and concerns and nobody responds, it gets very frustrating. Not to mention they increased the price of laundry when the machines don't even work half the time. There's also definitely mold growing in the room. The units are claimed to be "updated," but there are things you notice, like broken drawers and odd placement of drawers, make you think they quickly did renovations with no attention just to get them rented out faster. I have met multiple people in the building who are not happy with ****, which I think speaks volumes itself. This company clearly does not care about tenants, like most of these bigger apartment management companies. As long as they are getting their money, while increasing rent by ridiculous numbers, they won't care about their tenants. To anyone reading this, if you are to rent an apartment, try to find someone who owns the unit, rather than an apartment management.Beal Properties

As a quick update, I can confirm that the laundry company that operates the laundry room in the building is upgrading all the laundry machines to new card readers within the upcoming weeks. Our office sent a notice to the building regarding this. We sincerely apologize if you missed that email. Beal Properties is the actual and only property management company that manages your property. There is no other company. Your building manager works for Beal Properties. When you communicate with your building manager, you are communicating with Beal Properties. Your property manager has reached out to you directly to see if there is anything else we can do to ensure your complete and total satisfaction. 1 starTry to ask a staff member for help at my apartment, both run away fast. FYI I was going to give them a key I made a copy. Maintenance work still didn't fix my door since last year in January. Doors in hallways should be replaced. It's been cold for almost three days with no heat on. Fried your lazy, cheap, uneducated staff.
