    Hello, I'm *****. My email address is *********************** and on February 28, 2023, I was charged $19.95 for your company's Premium subscription. The problem is that I actually used your services last year before deciding I didn't like it and canceling my Premium subscription. For some reason, however, I was charged again a few days ago even though I did not make this purchase. I would like my money back

    I can confirm that this subscription has been cancelled by a member of the support team and a refund has been initiated, as requested by the customer. It takes 510 days for our payment processor, Stripe, to issue a refund. If there are any issues with the refund, such as a double charge or not receiving the refund after 10 days, please contact us back and we will help you further.

    I was charged 4 times over the course of 4 days from a company called Quillbot, a total of 70$. 3 charges for 20$, 1 for 10$. I have never used Quillbot and never heard of it. My card wasnt stolen, so I dont know how they got my information. Reviews online lead me to believe that others have had this same problem. I have tried to contact the company, but they do not respond quickly, and they have acted as if they are looking into it, but wanted a lot of my information that I am not willing to provide to a scam company. My bank says that a dispute could take 90 days, so Im hoping BBB can help.

    A fraudulent transaction was made on our website using the credit card, and I can also locate that the card owner has reported this via the support channel. The transaction was marked as fraudulent, and a refund has been initiated from our end. The refunds should appear on the statement within 510 days.

    I never have heard of this company prior to them charging my card fraudulently and I cannot get ahold of the company to cancel any subscription thats been taken out in my name or to get a refund

    I am charged $80 on my bank card and I did not authorize that charge by Quillbot, I use the free Quillbot. You can NOT get anyone on their phone. I do not want any money taken out of my bank by this company. They are crazy!! They have an F rating with the BBB and I noticed there are others who are charged without permission of authorization as well. This is a *************, they are on **************** ****** Dr! I have filed with my bank Fraud against them too!!!

    I am rejecting this response because: The money has been returned to my account. My bank shut down my old card account because they didn't want this company trying to charge me anymore money. I am please that Orion ******************** was able to return my money to bank account! Quillbot is a scam and the bank fraud explained to me how they work. Even though I received  my money I want a negative report against Quillbot.

    On 11/22/22 at approximately 11:30PM Central Standard Time, I received two charges from an institution I have never heard of before (QUILLBOT QUILLBOT ************). One charge for $30.04 and another for $10.00. I immediately called the phone number on the back of my card to cancel it. I looked up the institution and found it to supposedly be some kind of writing assistance thing. The phone number associated with the institution did not provide me with any real way to get in contact with someone from the institution. I then read online about people with similar fraudulent charges and decide to fill out this form with the BBB. I will continue to try and get a refund through the proper. The institution also claims to be in ********, but also some place in *****. These were also not the only fraudulent charges on my card within a matter of about two minutes.

    October 08, 2022 I noticed two charges from a company named Quillbot. $9.95 @ 7:28 AM and $40.00 @ 8:40 PM on my Rapid Pay debit card. I never heard of this company and have NEVER ordered from this company. I am in SC, they are in ** so I have no idea how the obtained my information.I called Rapid Pay and reported this card as stolen. I emailed Quillbot . ******************************* requested card info; date, etc. 10/19/2022-***** stated the subscription did not go through because the system recognized it as fraud. However, ***** stated my money had been refunded and the subscription canceled.I reminded ***** that my money had not been refunded. Next ***** stated The money was not deducted because the order did not go through and he had no way of know who placed the order. I once again informed ***** that $ ***** was deducted from my debit account and paid to Quillbot. I also informed Rapid Pay and filed a dispute. Now I see I am not the only person who has never heard of Quillbotwith this complaint against them stealing from accounts. I want my money from these unscrupulous people.

    This company charge my debit card twice for *****. I never heard of this company at all. I found out tonight while checking my online banking. I never deal with this company.
