      I am filing a complaint against ParkWhiz and the parking garage located at *******************************************************, due to a failure to provide the service I paid for, and the lack of accountability from both parties in resolving the issue.On June 3rd, I booked and prepaid for a monthly parking spot through ParkWhiz at the ***************** location. However, when I arrived, the garage attendant told me the lot was full and I could not park there. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was turned away.This forced me to spend hours driving around looking for parking and ultimately pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket to temporarily park elsewhere. When I returned to the garage later, it was still full and they continued to refuse my calls.I emailed the garage directly and was told that ParkWhiz is responsible for issuing the refund. I contacted ParkWhiz and while they initially asked for more information, they have since failed to respond to multiple follow-ups. Instead, they also told me to reach out to the garage directlyessentially sending me in ********** has now been over two months, and I have still not received a refund for a service that was never rendered. Neither ParkWhiz nor the garage has taken responsibility, and both have been unresponsive or ************* addition, ParkWhiz continues to list availability for garages that are at full capacity, which is highly misleading and results in a poor and costly customer experience. Making customers chase refunds for services not delivered is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor business practices.I am requesting a full refund for the monthly parking fee I paid through ParkWhiz, as well as compensation for the additional costs I incurred.I have supporting documentation available, including the original booking confirmation and correspondence with both ParkWhiz and the garage.Thank you for your time and assistance in resolving this matter.

      Already submitted a complaint and haven't heard back from ParkWhiz or BBB. Trying this again...Experience on 6/20/25 was terrible. Prepaid ahead of time on my phone $17. Parked in the Nordic parking ramp ************************. The machine at the parking ramp would not scan my QR code to enter or to leave. I tried the ParkWhiz app QR code and the email QR code. Had to use a debit card to exit the ramp. Ended up having to pay twice! Paid an additional $17. Not cool. Doesn't make sense to prepay for parking if your machines are not going to scan! Held up a long line of cars trying to exit. Scam.

      I reserved parking ahead of time for a concert at ******. As the app advertises a reservation so we are garunteed a spot. When i arrived, i was informed the garage was full and to ask for a refund. I followed the websites refund policy, uploading another parking reciept from a different location. 11 days have passed and after multiple attempts to refund my $75 have gone unanswered. Its an absolute scam and have sinse deleted the app and plan to further pursue this in court as it seems to be a recurring issue with customers.

      I booked a parking pass through ParkWhiz on 06/28/2025, while I was in a parking lot in *******, ** using the lot number displayed on the ParkWhiz sign located in the parking lot. When my reservation was confirmed, this is what I received:PARKING PASS:#********* LOCATION:****************************** ENTER AFTER:Saturday Jun 28th, 2025, 9:00 am EXIT BY:Sunday Jun 29th, 2025, 9:00 am PAYMENT INFO PARKING TOTAL:$60.00 SERVICE FEE:$3.60 AMOUNT PAID $63.60 I noticed the location was booked for ******* so I called the company, explained the situation and the ParkWhiz representative told me on the phone that He sees what happened, multiple lots have the same lot number. He said he was going to refund my money like it wasnt an issue. I moved my car to another lot and continued my day. Then I receive an email the following day to fill out a cancellation form. I did that and sent it in. They I get another email saying they credited $50 to my ParkWhiz account. I dont use ********************, they already said they would refund my money and they didnt even give me the full amount back. Theyre told me one thing and did another. I want the full refund, refunded to my bank account, just as the gentlemen said on the phone. This wasnt my fault, it was their mistake for having multiple lots assigned to a single lot number. Theyre a scam.

      On 2/21/25, we parked at *************************************** (an alley lot) using the Park Whiz app. to reserve our spot from 6 pm (2/21) - 6 am (2/22). Booking ID# *********. Our car was towed at 7:15 pm on 2/21. The reason given by ********************** was that we were "Illegally parked on private property. Didn't pay Parkwhiz." Unable to get a hold of anyone at ParkWhiz, we contested this with the IL Commerce Commisssion in ***********, **. We provided proof of payment, along with the ParkWhiz booking ID# and were informed that we were not entitled to reimbursement for the towing because we did not pay Park Whiz. I'm not sure what else I can do to prove that we were legitimately parked. (In addition to the booking ID, I also have a $15.90 credit card fee/receipt from Park Whiz and a receipt for the Lyft ride needed to get to the towing lot.) The cost of the towing fee was $240.70. We would like to be reimbursed the full towing fee, for the $20 Lyft to the towing lot, as well as the $15.90 we paid for our parking spot. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

      On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, I received an email referencing parking for a Satruday night concert at the ************* in ************** that my wife and I would be attending. The email depicted the venue and gave every appearance that the parking being offered was either adjacent to or within a short distance. Until the purchase was completed via credit card, the exact location was not depicted. When the pruchase was complete, we received a parking pass (attached) for a location over 1/2 mile away and in a bad area. I tried cancelling the order the day before without success, and we did not use the pass, instead parking much closer to the venue in parking that was readily available. When I tried disputing the transacton via telephone this date, I was told that no credit would be applied as the parking was within 1 mile of the venue, which had we been aware of that issue, we would not have purchased the parking pass. Obviously, we were decieved by the decietful manner in which this company advertises parking by making it appear the parking is nearby. Consumers should be aware of the decietful business practices of this company.

Unfortunately, passes purchased from websites like TicketsCenter, Seatgeek, Stubhub, or Vivid Seats are likely resold to you at an enormously inflated rate over the actual value. ParkWhiz Terms of Service are null and void for any passes purchased through a reselling site, and in case you experience an issue with your pass, youll need to reach out directly to the service through which you transacted to seek a refund/reimbursement, as ParkWhiz is not liable for these sales.

      Although we do not condone this, we lack control over the activities of resellers on external websites. We apologize once more for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause.

      My son, Zaire ************ booked and paid for parking using park whiz website the night before at the rate of $11.60. He received a receipt for his payment, receipt# ********* and received a confirmation email that his space was booked. However, the next day he parked to attend basketball training with *********************************** and once he came out to go home, he noticed that a boot was placed on his car with a notice to pay $75 to have the boot removed due to not paying for parking even though parking was paid. My husband and I were out of town attending his older sister's wedding and we had to speak with the parking lot attendant who stated that unfortunately there was nothing that he could do and that we had to pay the $75, since we were out of town and our son was in panic, we had no other choice but to pay the $75 to remove the boot. Park Whiz need to remove their services if people are just spending money for no reason. I am requesting a full refund as well as a refund for having to pay $75 boot removal charge.

To clarify, ParkWhiz is a third-party listing service and is not responsible for booting vehicles or enforcing parking regulations at any parking lot. Our role is to facilitate parking reservations and payments on behalf of our partners, the parking vendors. As such, we are unable to directly assist with disputing a boot.

      If you believe the vehicle was booted in error, kindly submit a dispute using the information listed on the boot notice. Sometimes this information is on the back of the notice. The lot operator will be able to assist you by looking up the payment and assisting in waiving the boot removal fee or getting it refunded.

      I am rejecting this response because we spoke with the lot attendant who stated that ParkWhiz is not a valid parking third-party for that parking garage however it was able to be booked through your website. I am demanding a refund in the parking fees as well as the boot fee of $75. We have booked parking through third-party websites before and have never experienced this so this need to be handled.

      The parking lot itself is fine but Parkwhiz's "express pay" doesn't work. I used the service on 16Jun at 1:16pm and left 2:16pm and it is still attempting to charge me 24 hours later. I spoke to someone helpful on the phone last night to close it but they were unable to close it and wanted me to call back on ***** hours later but in the meantime the meter is still running.

      On April-12, 2025 the parking attendant near *********** in ******** refused to accept my reservation made with ParkWhiz. He said he had never confirmed it to ParkWhiz. I made this reservation in advance to make sure I have parking available at the reasonable price before taking my flight to ****. I was astonished that my reservation was fake, and I have to look for the last minute parking options in order not to miss my very expensive trip. My original advance reservation cost $190. The spot rates I saw were up to $500 for the same time frame. I rushed to the ***** long term parking lot, which was already 90% full at the time, without even knowing how much this parking would cost me. I just had to catch my flight at all costs. Almost 2 months later I received a bill for $340 parking from ezpass, which I sent to ParkWhiz, who refused to compensate the difference between the original $190 and actual amount I paid, even though their refund instructions on their website ask for the actual receipt to show the actual amount paid. I overpaid $150, and wasted so much time to try and get my original $190 back, and ParkWhiz refused to refund the addtional $150 I actually paid. Why would they ask for the higher bill, which I had to pay if they do not reimburse the actual amount paid ? Very unreliable business to deal with. It is very easy for them just to cancel and give the original price. Very upsetting to rely on their reservation to find out later it is not a valid reservation before taking a flight.ParkWhiz Support Ticket ******, parking pass *********

      I still did not receive the refund, and keep on wasting my time on replying to messages. This business has my billing address, they have my credit card. They refunded the original cost of the "reservation". Why could not they just refund the overpaid amount to the same credit card account ? I had submitted all the receipts and other details as they had requested. It took them 3 weeks just to ask me for my "Payable to" information ?..
