            Parked at Meso **** in ****** and was told the parking is validated. Paid for parking upfront, and the restaurant told me to email with a receipt to receive refund for validation. I never received a refund. The person who reached out to me (*********************) about my disputed charge reversed the charge dispute. I tried contacting again after the fact and never received a reply from her. If your business is operating at a restaurant that validates parking, then it should uphold this deal with the restaurant. Absolutely awful customer service all around.

            Bought parking for a concert from ParkWhiz for $7. Cool. Seemed fair. They just cancelled my booking, gave me a $5 coupon, then raised the cost to $22. The nerve of these people. Thats criminally disgusting. How can I trust they wont decide to cancel my $22 reservation and up charge it to $40?
