    I placed an order with the company and the delivery stated it was delivered. No delivery truck showed up, delivery company unresponsive. The company utilizes a third party delivery vendor, ******, which is not a reputable service. The phone number to contact the company instantly fails upon attempting contact. I have reached out to Comfrt who told me to file a claim through the delivery company since I purchased insurance, which was only due to the amount of negative reviews. This seems to be scam. The representative at Comfrt advised to check with neighbors, and seek assistance with delivery company since Comfrt has a job to fulfill as I am a paying client. The pin where the package was delivered is nowhere near my location. I want the services either fulfilled as promised, or a refund to be issued.

    I placed an order with Comfrt on 4/12/25. I received no order confirmation, so by 4/16/25 I send an email to customer service. They replied back that they had system issues and were escalating it. Still heard nothing from them on 4/22/25 send a message through their instagram account, and they replied back by also escalating it. My account was charged, I sent a screenshot confirming this to them, and they are not responding that my order was placed, simply ignoring me. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. At this point just refund my money.

    I placed a Comfrt order on April 16, 1025 at 10:42 pm CST, in the amount of $104.40. On April 17, 2025 at 9:08 PM CST, less than 24 hours after original purchase, I sent an email to the email address online requesting to cancel my order (that wasnt expected to ship for 3 months) and obtain a refund. According to Comfrts return policy you have 7 business days to request a cancellation with full refund. On April 17, 2025 at 9:29 PM I received a response stating that I was eligible for a full refund and asking me to confirm the order cancellation. On April 18, 2025 at 3:52 am I responded and confirmed the cancellation. On April 18, 2025 at 4:13 am I received a response allegedly from the same person, ******, stating I was not eligible for a full refund, but could receive a $96.00 refund.I stated that only a few hours prior, Comfrt confirmed I was eligible for cancellation and refund as I was still within the 7 day window. I have since been completely ghosted and have received no response from Comfrt despite several attempts on my part.

    Comfrt website lists no physical address nor customer service telephone number. Purchase #1: Placed pre-order in January 2025. Company failed to update shipping information. I inquired by email in January, February, March, and April 2025 seeking shipment information. In April, an email reply from Comfrt stated my order was canceled. Reviewing my credit card, I witnessed NO REFUND no Store Credit was issued.Order 2: April 21, 2025. I placed order by mistake, with 4 items instead of 2, and immediately emailed Comfrt to CANCEL. April. 22nd, received email reply "Hi there!Thanks so much for reaching out! We have received your request!We will get back to you as soon as possible, typically within 3-4 business days! We appreciate your patience." No confirmation to Cancel order.April 22, email received items shipped with tracking number.Comfrt police is to cancel within 7 days. I tried canceling within 15 minutes of realizing mistake.With no telephone number to call, it is impossible to cancel quickly. Comfrt violated own cancelation policy. Worse company and customer service ever.I filed dispute with my credit card company and never received refund for January order.

    To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a complaint against [Business Name] regarding an incomplete order and unsatisfactory resolution. My order (#*********) was placed on Jan 30th and marked as delivered by the company. However, I only received one itema pair of sweatpantsand none of the remaining items were included in the package. The items I did not receive are:Signature Paw Hoodie 1 Steel Grey / 2X Signature Paw Hoodie 1 Bone / 2X Signature Paw Hoodie 1 Sky / 2X Signature Fit Hoodie 1 Steel Grey / M Signature Fit Hoodie 1 M I have contacted the business to address the issue, but they are claiming the full order was delivered. Despite my clear explanation that only one item arrived, they have not provided a resolution, replacement, or refund for the missing items.I am requesting that the company either:Ships the missing items to me at no additional cost or Issues a full refund for the undelivered products I have documentation of the order and the delivery confirmation indicating a single package. I am willing to provide photos and correspondence if ********* was returned to sender. I have a screen shot and the company will not give me my items or a refund which I don't want. I want the rest of my order.This has been a frustrating experience, and I am disappointed in the lack of accountability.     I bought one of their hoodies for a Christmas present 2024. When it arrived 1. the color was different than pictured 2. the printed lettering was such poor quality, that I would never gift it. It looked like the letters would wash off after a wash or ****** I made the return and was given store credit. When I went onto the link the first time to view the credit, it was there. When I went back to purchase something with the credit -the credit was no longer there and there is no option to log into your account. Also when you go to purchase something it longer recognized me as a previous buyer. I email the company and received a response day of that the log in button is on the top right of the web page. I responded with there is no log in option. They said -we are sending it to our escalation department and I have not heard from them since. It has been two weeks, and I have sent multiple follow up emails -they have not responded. So in short they are thieves and stole my *********** note: they are profiting off of people suffering from mental health issues, lining their pockets with cash and doing nothing to give back or provide support to communities of people experiencing mental health issues. Shame on them.

    On 03/18/2025 I placed an online order for 2 tee shirts. Order number *********. I received the tee shirt however the mocha color shirt has a very noticeable defect in the fabric on the right chest area. It is a fabric defect, a straight line. T shirt is not *********** soon as I noticed the defect I contacted them, I have sent multiple emails and sent the pictures they requested. I have sent about 7 emails, with some of them I get a generic response that they are working on my issue BUT with no resolution. Yesterday on 04/14, I submitted a return however I did get a message that my return needed to be looked into. My last email this morning, I again was asked to submit pictures which I done about 5 times.I want either a replacement or a credit to buy a new shirt.

    I was ordering a sweater and it had ordered it then transferred me to a new screen that had a discount so it looked like it had not ordered it and given me a discount

    4/10/25 I ordered a product but then later realized I dont need that product anymore and tried to refund but cant. They never sent me a tracking or order number.

    Purchasing a crew (pre-order) and sweatpants on 12/10/2024 knowing the crew said it was a pre-order with expected delivery 2/10/2025. I kept checking the order status and the tracking simply said "delayed". **************** did not have any explanation yet the same exact crew showed as "available for immediate shipping". So, I ordered the crew again at a higher price and received it. This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter so I wanted her to have the matching set that she wanted. It is obvious they are fraudulent and do not honor their return/cancellation policy. I never received a refund of the original purchase of the crew THAT WAS NEVER RECEIVED and will never order anything from these criminals again. I have spent thousands over several years shopping online and CMFRT is the absolute worst. No honor - no ethics!
