    This company *****. They sent me a completely wrong order and will do nothing to rectify it until AFTER I return THEIR mistake. I ordered my items in time for a vacation and would have had them no issue except for their horrible customer service! I am a business owner and if I make a mistake, I rectify it immediately for my customer and deal with recovery after I have satisfied my customer. This is a proper business function. It astounds me that they put the onus of their mistake on the customer to solve before they will make things right. HORRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL!!

    By far the worst business I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service and problem solving. I received the dream blanket for my birthday only to open the box and find BUGS in the sealed package. They were crawling all over the blanket. I sent them a video in return they asked for pictures because live footage of bug crawling on the blanket wasn't good enough. Comfrt offered to send me a new one and I declined and said I want a refund. I have been going back and forth with them for days. Terrible customer service. Why would I want to take a chance at receiving another blanket with bugs? Such a joke.

    Worst customer service department Ive ever dealt with. I tried to return something and it ended up being the most difficult return Ive ever had. They say package was never received by them, I sent them my receipt and tracking details and they refused a refund. I complained for days about their poor customer service and said forget about it, I just wont shop here again and then they gave me a store credit in the amount of my refund. After I said I wasnt going to shop there again??? So I complained about that and they let me know that is how they do their refunds. If I knew that, I would have just sold the items instead of returning them. This whole process took about a week just for them to give me a store credit Im not going to use. Dumb.

    I ordered a hoodie, it arrived stained, I never even got the chance to wear it. I have been in communication or attempting to communicate with customer service for since May 29th with no resolution. They are dragging their feet on this and I wasted my hard earned money on a stained sweatshirt. Ultimately the worst customer service experience *** never had. Will not be giving them anymore of my money since they cant even make it right.

    They did not ship to correct address. I updated my address to my new place. I changed on the shop app and on their site. All to no avail. Comfrt said contact the shipping company. The shipping company has no way to contact them and the Comfrt company basically said not our problem . And would not refund my money or my sweat suit hoodie and pants for my anxiety filled kid. I can't afford to lose that amount of money.

    WORST COMPANY TO ORDER FROM!!!! This place is a scam to get more money out of you. My husband measured me using THE SIZING CHART on the COMFRT website. I would be a SMALL according to their sizing chart, again ON THEIR WEBSITE. I ordered the small since I was going off their sizing chart and I should of had plenty of room and yet when I received them, NO the bottoms did not fit. Now here's the second problem. NON EXISTANT customer service. The "EXCHANGE POLICY" is complete nonsense. Explain to your customers, WHY it just cost me ANOTHER $17.32 ON TOP of what I've already paid to purchase the EXACT same pair of sweatpants to get the CORRECT size?? You are FALSLY ADVERTISING your SIZING CHART with INACCURATE SIZES, with a NONSENSE and NON EXISTANT "EXCHANGE POLICY" JUST TO OBTAIN MORE REVENUE. The thing that makes it even worst, **** products are more "weighted and oversized" then these OVER PRICED and UNDERSIZED products.

    My zipper on my zip hoodie broke after one wash. Now I can't even zip it. Website says they only exchange damaged products within 5 days. where's the concern for quality?

    I placed an order for the first time, and I am swimming in my set (in XS so I cant go smaller). Literally huge on me. I should be able to get a refund as a first time buyer!!!!!!!!

    I ordered 2 sweat pants and 2 sweat shirts. I read the washing instructions, sweat pants had a hole in them after 1 wash, not sure why. They wouldn't replace these one pair pants. I sent all the proof in pictures to them. I wont order from them again.

    *y order was placed on 1/12/2025 and marked for a 'future shipment' of April 2025.On 1/13/25 I contacted CS about changing the size of my items. I had viewed more videos about the sizing of Comfrt's clothing, so I felt I needed to change from * to S. I was contacted by ******* R, who confirmed on 1/13 that my order had been successfully changed to S. On 4/4/2025 I received an email stating my items were processing for shipment, however, the email still had * as the size ordered. I quickly contacted CS and referred to the exchange I'd had with ******* *. This time I was contacted by ****** X, who stated that 'the warehouse processes orders immediately after placement, so the order could not be canceled or modified per the company's policy'. I read the policy thoroughly, and nowhere does it state you cannot modify an order. The policy only discusses cancellations and returns. ****** did not acknowledge my exchange with ******* at all, and only said he would escalate it to a supervisor. A supervisor NEVER contacted me regarding this issue. ****** sent me a return label, which I was supposed to print, in order to RETURN the incorrectly sized items they were sending me. Again, this order was placed in JANUARY, and we were in APRIL. The order couldn't have been modified in four months!? I find this to be ridiculous. Either way, I received the * items, PAID to print the label and sent them back. They were received by the warehouse on 4/14/2025.On 4/21/2025, after ONE week of not hearing from anyone I sent another email inquiring about the status of the replacement. This time I was contacted by Krishia who apologized on behalf of the previous agent and stated they were going to send one set immediately, but the other set was out of stock. I informed Krishia that despite her genuine efforts the experience with Comfrt was ruined. I received one set on 4/28, and the other set arrived on 5/2.Needless to say I will NEVER order from Comfrt again. What a disappointment!
