I called to inquire about a car they had for sale at this business and a lady by the name of ****** got in touch with me about the car. I asked questions pertaining to the car to check the price and condition the car was in before making my trip down there as I use **** as my only form of transportation and didnt want to waste money. ****** told me that the car was in fair condition and that the price was correct. So after hearing that, I set an appointment to go see the car with the hopes of buying it in cash. Though, once getting up there after ****ing about ***** minutes once Im sat down with one of the salesmen I inquire about the car and I am told that the car is a dealers special and that the car is inoperable(would need a tow) and the dealer salesman recommended that I not go for it. As you would think I was highly upset about being lied to but kept my cool in the establishment. The car salesmen recommended that they could get me into a car seeing how upset I was so I decided to try as I really need transportation. So I was sitting for an hour while the salesman kept coming back and forth saying I was approved but yet they werent giving all the details and overall I just got bad vibes from them so I told them I wasnt interested in buying to which they tried to pressure me but I stood firm and said no and walked out. Its been 3 weeks and I am still receiving mail from credit agencies that I did NOT give consent to have my information. They ran my credit through multiple lenders without my consent as I did not sign anything because i originally came for the car to buy in cash. I did not appreciate being lied to and I think it was very poor professionalism on their part for sure. I did not consent to my credit being ran through all these agencies and would like to stop receiving mail and want nothing to do with this business. I am already in the works with disputing unauthorized inquires. I also left an honest review on their website.Initial Complaint

I am not liable for this credit inquiry by NCCINC/Western Ave. I do not have a contract with NCCINC/Western Ave and did not agree to a contract or application. I simply wanted to test drive two vehicles. Which they did not offer me even after taking a photo of my Drivers License. The car salesman asked if he could access my payoff on my current vehicle which I couldve shown him on my banking app. Then I was told I couldnt look at any vehicles because I didnt have a value on what I could get from a bank for refinancing. I just wanted to test drive two vehicles.Business Response

Nissan dealerships use deceptive sales tactics. Nissan sold me an allegedly new automobile that had a faulty transmission. The automobile came to a complete stop on the expressway with an AWD error on the dash and would not restart. It had to be towed. According to Nissan service department this was caused by an internal failure of the coolant bypass valve. This occurred at ***** miles. Manufactures should be held accountable for sale of faulty products. No amount of profit is worth compromising human life.Business Response

I looked at a car on their website to outright buy. They called me said it would be pulled out front. The car doesn't exist. When I arrived They tried to lease me a car. Would nor show me car I looked at. 3 and half hour drive for nothing. They are dishonest on their site and in person. I have the emails and text from them about the car.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
They know which vehicle I am talking about. I attached email from them with picture of vehicle. Was told vehicle engine, transmission, tires and brakes were all inspected and in good condition. Was told car runs and is drivable. Told it would be pulled out front waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment. Man I spoke with named ****** he said ask for him nobody there by that name they said he is appointment setter at different location. Then tell me oh that vehicle is out back but don't run let me finance you for a car. I refused then was told I was stupid for driving 3 and a half hours for a thousand dollar car. I tried to go out back and see the vehicle they would not let me. It's a ploy to decieve people to try and get them to finance a car. Why tell me it was inspected and runs and will be out front ready for me when I arrive.

I bought a car from western Ave Nissan about a month almost two months ago and with in the first month of having the car it was stolen at gun point then recovered and hasnt started since and the dealership that I got it from didnt wanna see what was wrong with it let alone fix the problem and trying to make me pay out of pocket for something I had no control over. They specifically told me they were not calling the warranty company because I had to pay out of pocket since the car was stolen at gun point and ever since the car was towed to my home where its been sitting since it got recoveredBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because: I came into the store twice because I was. Told they may be able to do something about it. One of the managers in the store told me to try and get it fixed with the service department and I when I called them they told me they dont deal with other companies even the people that I have my warranty through. They told me I had to pay out of pocket because the car was stolen meaning im responsible for what the thieves did to my car and I am absolutely not responsible for that. I still need a car at the end of the day or I want the company to fix my car completely because they sold it to me with the check engine light on shortly before it was stolen

If the vehicle was brought in before it was stolen the process would be completely difference. Now that the vehicle was stolen it has to be resolved with the insurance company.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: I literally told the company over the phone that the car was stolen and that I had dealt with insurance who wasnt paying anything and they told me not once but twice to come in and when I did they again said there is nonthing they can do. Because the car was stolen and I asked could they even trade it in or something and the company said no they couldnt do nonthing at all and Im requesting that they fix the car or something because it was not my fault the car was stolen at gun point let alone that the car was sold to me with lots of problems including the check engine light being on so I would like them to do something about this and stop saying deal with insurance when I already did or I will take legal action if necessary

I am making this complaint on behalf of my mother ********************* who just recently purchased a vehicle from Western Ave Nissan on 04/01/2024. As we were negotiating the price of the vehicle, we asked the dealer to remove a warranty named ****** from the final price. The value of the warranty is $2,995 which would make the overall amount of the vehicle higher over time. The salesman whose name is ********, agreed to take the warranty off. However, once we signed the contract, we realized they added the warranty anyway. The vehicle was advertised for sale at $18,890, once the vehicle is paid off, my mother will pay $37,134.72 over 84 months, and my mother has excellent credit. Days later, the dealership called us back and stated that they needed my mother to come in and sign a new contract because the actual APR from the loan servicer ************* 1) was less than what she signed for. So we told them that we wanted to have the warranty removed this time and they refused. We were told by the finance manager that the current contract was legally binding and that no negotiation could be made at this point. So we refused to sign and informed them that we would take the situation a step further. Today, we received another call from the dealership from an irate manager named *****. He gave us an ultimatum, that we either sign the new contract as is with the warranty attached or we bring the car back. In his words, "he's not going to continue renting a vehicle out for free". I expressed to him that we were told the original contract is legally binding to which he informed me that it is not. So I asked, since it's not legally binding, why won't you remove the warranty and he told me that they would lose money. He hung up abruptly and I then called ******** to ask what was going on. At that moment, ******** told me that the general manager ****** would be willing to negotiate the warranty amount to $1500 but that they couldn't take the whole amount off. So we refused.Initial Complaint

I bought a car from this dealership. I told ****** the sales person about the car stereo was broke. He told me he would take care of it. It's been 10 months and there not doing anything about it. The manager refused to do anything about it. He also told me they have to make money. The sales person would not stand by what he sold me. I bought a vehicle Feb 24, 2024 and I complained to my sales representative and other sales representatives about the issue of how the car was riding. The car was driving very bad I brought the car in 4 different times to be told the fourth time its an internal transmission issue. I was never offered a warranty or was I told about one and now thats what theyre trying to say now that the car is giving me trouble.Customer Answer

I purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership 02/24/24about 9pm, I worked with salesman *****, I was also assisted by salesman ******* as well. I reached out to ***** the very next morning via call and text to let him know that the car wasnt driving right, the car was jerking into gears and dragging when I pushed the gas. I was never offered a warranty and I had to redo my paperwork twice due to them making mistakes. I was told to bring the car in to the service department and was giving a form signed by manager **** for a $0 service fee. I brought my car in 3 times 2/27/24 I believe was the first time I took the car into Nissan service department and was told to take it across the street to Jeep. Jeep checked it and told me thats how the car drove but gave me an appointment to bring it in the following week. I then took my car in 3/7/24 and they kept the car and told me to pick it up the next day that they didnt see a problem. They kept telling me thats how the new trucks drove it was a delayed kick off when driving. I then brought the truck back in 3/24/24 for the 3rd time because I believed it was driving worse they then kept the car for two days and had me pick it up said it wasnt an issue with the truck. Now I bring the truck in again for the 4th time 4/10/24 and I was told the truck had an internal transmission problem, they apologize they didnt see the issue. *** reached out to the dealership because I feel they should be responsible for this issue being that I been complaining since I left the car lot but the manager told me he cant afford to take that type of loss. This is fully the car lot issue because I feel they knew it was an issue from the beginning thats why they never offered me a warranty either if the two times I did paperwork. They are not taking accountability for the issue and refusing to pay for it and they know I start complaining immediately about the issue. I would like for them to repair the problem at their expense sinceInitial Complaint

I went to Nissan on **** s Western on 10/25/23 and was told that global lending would finance me for a 2020 AWD titanium **** escape . I put $3,000 cash and a ***** trade in on a **** Buick LeSabre. The car is ****** with tax $25,000. The salesman ***** kept mentioning that I put the insurance ******* as lien holder but I disregarded what he said . Anyhow on Nov 11 2023 the sales manager called and told me that the bank returned my application but never said why even after I asked a few times . So they're asking me to come in and resign papers. After talking to Nissan I called the bank and they stated that they never financed a car in my name that I have not had an account with them . So basically I was lied to about the finance company. No bank financed the car and Nissan has my money and I want to give them the car back and get my refund. The car was /is a rental car that they scammed me into thinking I got approved for finance by global lending which isn't true. What do I do now? Also their double charging me for the vehicle for $52,000 when it's only $25,000 w taxes.Business Response
