    I purchased a car, 11/24/2023. I did my paper work, I sign forms, he was saying sign here, sign here. He had me signing a form, that I wasn't asked did I want the merchandise, I didn't notice to I got home. It's something new, I never seen before. My last car I purchased in 2016. Exterior/interior protection 5 years for, $2,995.00. when I read it, it says not required to obtain financing for registered vehicle. I called and told ****** (salesman I didn't want it. *********************, wouldn't answer me or talk to me, he never came to the phone. I was put on hold, each time I called. I planned to go back up there 11/27/2023. I do not was that protection. I want him to remove that charge. Please help. I thought they were through with their deceived business dealer, when they got rid of Great house, he tried to overcharge me for a $1000.00. He, returned it. This business need to be investigated and put on monitoring. Please help. I drove off lot with 11 miles. I live in walking distance to the Dealership. So, when I go back, He, can take that charge off, or take his car back. And refund my down payment. Thank You.

    This is my THIRD and LAST TIME going to Western Avenue Nissan at 7410 S. Western Avenue to obtain service on my Nissan Rogue Select. I called the day before I brought my car in and was told that the service department could determine what the problem was as long as I brought my car in by 3pm because the technicians leave at 4:30pm.I brought my car to the service department at 3pm, and when I drove in I saw technicians standing around talking to each other, on their cell phones talking, texting, walking around -- but NOT SERVICING CARS. When a technician finally looked up from his cell phone and I explained what I needed for my car at 3:10pm, he walked away and came back to say I would have to come back another day because the TECHNICIANS COULD NOT TAKE A LOOK AT MY CAR because it was TOO LATE...Why are TECHNICIANS STILL ON THE ****** NOT WORKING AND STILL GETTING PAID???This location is convenient, but it's not worth the aggravation to be provided NO SERVICE after I drove there to get service. Their customer service is LESS THAN ONE STAR!!!LT
