Move date was 8/15/22. They showed up nearly an hour late and were in a rush because they had another job in the afternoon. They broke multiple items: rollator, 2 lamps, 3 home phones, and ripped and dented 3 more lamp shades. And my Christmas tree broke as well. The quoted price of the job went from $600.00 to $920.00 total cost all in cash. I have a witness, ************************* who is my sister. They did not even complete the job as they were supposed to reinstall everything. Boxes were thrown anywhere, even though they were clearly labeled as to what room the box should go in. It was total chaos from beginning to end. This job was local in the same town. They dumped all of my clothes on the bed and floor. These were the worst most unethical business I have ever dealt with. It looked like a tornado went through my new apartment when they left. I attached pictures of what it looked like when they were done. I have been trying to call them for the last week but get their voicemail, but the voicemail is full, so I am unable to leave a message.Initial Complaint

I had hired door 2 door moving services to help me with my move on April 12th. Upon unpacking I noticed one of my boxes was missing. I contacted the company and they told me it was there and to look everywhere. I unpacked all my boxes and even went to my old apartment just to verify if the box was left behind. I contacted the owner and told him I checked everywhere and that it was gone. He told me he would ask the moving crew and he would contact me the following day. He never contacted me and my calls were ignored. I sent him a text asking for reimbursement of my missing items and never received a response. I continued to contact the company for days with my calls being ignored. I finally got ahold of the owner and he told me I had to speak to the manager because he couldnt help me with that. I got in contact with the manager a few hours later and he told me that owner had to help me with that, I then explained to him he told me he couldnt help me with that and I need to speak to him (the manager). I sent an email to you the company per direction of the manager. That email went unanswered like my many calls to them. All I wanted was reimbursement of my items that they lost I didnt even mention the dresser that they broke. I simply just needed the items in my box that were lost. I have compiled a list of all the items that I need reimbursed as follows; Drill : $65 Steamer: $65 Took set : $45 Makeup, hygiene, hair products:$85 Mini vanity mirror: $45 Vacuum charger replacement: $25 Other miscellaneous objects Total: $330
