    ADA Pace Paratransit has the worst customer service. The agents are very short with customers, knowing that the callers are disabled and senior citizens their level of patience is the pits. I've witnessed my dad being hung up on by an agent and he had to call back again to get his trip scheduled. Do better.

    I call in to schedule my appointment time for a pickup time to and from my appointments theyre usually late. If you have a return from your doctor visit they need to give us seniors at least 5 to 10 minutes to come out. My complaint is on how they treat the senior and disabled

    I set up AM pickup (after no one came at the time I was given I called 30 minutes later and was told they were working on getting me an ride) I had to cancel and take a Lyft at last minute. PM ride never showed either I waited on hold to speak to someone for 40 minutes only for me to cancel ride because once again they were working on getting me a ride. I depend on the service because of limitations getting around and Im greatly disappointed at the non concern they show when passengers are waiting far past the allotted pick up time. Its really a sad situation.
