      A year ago I paid for a church donation of prepared meals at Factor75 for someone I did not know that had a stroke. On 9/24/2025 Factor75 charged my credit card ***** and reactivated my account with them without my authorization to do so. When my credit card alerted me of the charge, I called Factor75 to ask them to credit back the charges and disable my account permanently, since I did not authorize any purchase. They refused to refund the charges that they illegally placed on my credit card. I did not place the order with Factor75 on 9/24/2025 and I do not even know the person that they sent the order to. The address was not mine either but they mistakenly charged my credit card. I want a credit fir the ***** Factor75 charged in error .

      These last few weeks have been horrible and it is literally impossible to get a hold of anyone for help. The chat bot is gone, no one ever joins that chat (Ive waited over 2 hours at least once with no one joining), the phone system says the wait time is 4h. My last box was a day late and completely wa. The box supposed to arrive today is now a day late but I leave town for work in the morning. 4 out of the last 6 boxes have had broken meals and missing items. Service has completely degraded and Ive been a weekly member for over a year. Very sad to have to leave but I will no longer be recommending your service to my friends and physician colleagues.

      The date of transaction was 9/17/25. I was trying to skip an order for my meals this week which I thought went through. A technical issue happened to where it never skipped my order and it charged me today 240.79$ on my debit card. I called customer service to which I was put on hold for several minutes a couple of times to refund my account because I didnt want the order for next week to be shipped and they never resolved my issue. I would like refund because it was on their side that this issue should have been resolved.

      This company illegally charged my card for an order that I never placed. When I contacted customer service they refused to cancel and refund me. I have only ever once placed an order with this company and that was MONTHS ago and I havent used this service since because their food *****. I dont know how they feel its legal to just randomly place an order on my behalf and then charge me for something I never asked for and then refuse to refund me. This is theft! This is HIGHLY illegal

      On September 4, 2025 I received an email from factor saying welcome back.I did not see this email until September 13, 2025 when I sent a reply saying welcome back? I never ordered anything.Nobody responded.I did receive a delivery on my front porch September 14 of food that I cant ****** Im reading other complaints mine is very much similar. I feel like Im being hoodwinked like all the other people complaining into in advertently or unwittingly reactivating my former account.I was on the website looking into possibly reactivating and my objective was to find high protein Low carb with no dairy which they didnt seem to offer. I NEVER ever confirmed anything nor did I ever hit a button that said proceed with order.On Monday, September 15 I called to speak to a customer service since three emails that I sent and never got a response.I was met with a cockyattitude that implied that I was stupid and that I shouldve known that I was reactivating my account, etc. etc. Apparently theres a lot of stupid people making mistake because Im seeing all the complaints that are very similar to mine.I think this company is underhandedly tricking people into reactivating accounts or activating based on accepting a promo.I think this needs to be looked into because it is definitely a problem. I offered to have the food on ice on my front porch for them to come pick up and they refused. I absolutely refuse to pay this food that I cannot eat nor did I approve an order. My complaint is obviously joining in many others.I would like a response to the action that is being taken to ensure this doesnt happen to others.

      This company is a subscription food service. They will send a certain amount of food to you each week unless you pause the service by "skipping" the menu they want to send. I have skipped religiously every week for months. Today I get a SMS text that they are delivering food to me. Somehow, my ****** for this week must have gotten changed, what is worse is the credit card they have on my customer file had been deactivated months ago, but rather than contact me they somehow tapped a current credit card of mine for the delivery. This credit card is not authorized for their use and they are not willing to give a refund for using a card they do not have on my file.

      After receiving a Factor75 discount offer I placed a trial order on the evening of Thursday, September 4, 2025. The only way to view the meals offered was to register and provide a credit card. After moving through the various prompts to select meals that we could possibly eat, I was then able to see the ingredients that made up each part of the meals selected. The ingredients were not what we can eat and full of sodium. So I immediately canceled within an hour on September 4, 2025, of placing that order. On Friday, September 5, 2025, I received a confirmation email noting my plan had been canceled. There were no other instructions in that email about taking additional steps to ensure complete and full cancelation. I was confident that I had taken the required steps to ensure we did not get any meals delivered under this trial period or ever. On Wednesday, September 10, I discovered two charges to my ***************** from Factor75 for $5.35 and $32.79. I then filed for a transaction review with that bank. That transaction report is in review. Then on Sunday, September 14, 2025, I was notified via text by a delivery service that Factor75 meals would be delivered. I then contacted Factor75 to inquire and to refuse the meals. It was explained that there is a two-step process, which I considered false advertising. The cancelation prompts did not include a two-step process as the company has now later explained upon contacting themvia a chatone to cancel meals, two to cancel the membership. During the text communication with Factor75 on Sunday, September 14, 2025, they will not accept the meals back, nor refund any of the charges, stating I had to have canceled the meals that were ordered on September 4 by that Tuesday, September 9, 2025. Factor75 is a dishonest company and one that needs to be held accountable for misleading advertising (false advertising at the least) that it requires a two-step process to fully and completely cancel any food delivery.

      The instructions are illegible for my father, for whom the meals were ordered. He ate 3 of the 14 orded because he has *********** and he's irritated that he can't just heat a meal. I'm also irritated because I spent $100 and the instructions should be legible

      ******** I created an account to see what they had to offer. created an order and decided I did not want the products they offered so I canceled my account. I was then charged for the order after cancelling and was told that I had to contact them directly to cancel my order. where there was no indication that I had to do so, and they would not refund me the amount.

      I was looking at a meal plan for this company and only selected 1 meal. They charged me for 4. The other 3 meals, I do not like. I would like a refund and the meals to be disgarded in my plan
