      They damaged a special order floor material beyond use going back to the manufacturer and don't want to rectify the situation in a business like manner. RL Carriers was the delivery drivers and Echo contracted to them. Neither one will accept responsibility to correct the situation. I would never have either company deliver my flooring orders from my store or from the mill to us. 9 months in and they keep delaying and making excuses along with a horrible compensation offer. They won't even refund the shipping costs after damaging $2400+ in really nice Karndean LVP flooring, Smashed it and tried to wrap it but ******** rejected it along with pictures for proof. Bad customer service and they do not stand by the code of ethics that it takes to be reliable.

      Still waiting for 7 months to get reimbursed for a total dump of our $20,000 product. Will not return calls. Absolutely horrible customer service.****

      I read all these reviews. I cannot speak on behalf of in town local delivery stuff. But ***. These reviews are nonsense. Sure I'm stubborn driver, old school set in ways, don't take s*** from bad workers across ******** shipping/receiver docks. But even though I'm certain the lying to me was there, going behind my back to a boss who believed everything, there's a broker here. I won't name. Who was absolutely above excellent on working with the Driver to plan and make things happen. This guy knows who I'm talking about. Shout out to *****. From *** ***. I'd recommend this broker to anyone

      They delivered a $1400 pool through Amazon. They left it at the very end of drive while we were at work. My 78 yr old mom was there and did sign for the delivery but he had her sign when he arrived, before taking it out of the truck. We could only get in our driveway by driving into the brush at the edge of drive. It is a 400lb package so that helped with it not being stolen, but I find it completely unacceptable.

      Echo is a bad company, avoid at all costs. My company booked a shipment with Echo back in April 2021 and the shipment was lost. This shipment was valued at nearly $5000 and we paid for the additional insurance offered by Echo. To date we still have not been reimbursed a single cent. They keep giving us the run around and never offer any conclusion. We have emailed and called their staff over 100 times in total and still are unable to get answers nearly 1 year later.

      We covered a load for Echo picking up on November 1st and delivering on November 3rd. Prior to taking the load we sent them the *** form and release from factoring since 2016 and yet they still mailed payment to the wrong location. They then confirmed they received the refund on January 6th and yet on February 8th they are stating they will mail us a check on February 9th. We are a 30 day pay carrier per contract and the load is now ******************************************************* an offer to Direct Deposit to get it to us sooner.

      After a lengthy period of time to remedy compensation for multiple damaged shipments, I am left with writing this review in hopes of some resolution. At the beginning, workging with Echo and their sales representative, *******************, was amicable and worth changing over from our previous LTL carrier. Unfortunately after multiple damaged shipments, and absolutely zero remedy from Echo, I was forced to take my business elsewhere. My company suffered three separate shipments, all damaged with losses in excess of $10,000. I was told that for me to recoup any claim, I would have to pay for the shipments. Yes, I have to pay for the freight for the products that I shipped and they damaged and were subsequently returned to me, without any guarantee of being compensated for the damaged products. So, after almost an entire year of nothing but excuses from ***** and their claims department, I'm left writing this warning to all potential customers of Echo Logistics.. my recommendation is this... FIND SOMEONE ELSE! The company will pull you in with cheap-ish prices and their sales reps, like *******************, being all ********************* with you and helping you out... and then once there is a single issue, they jump ship and go silent. An absolute joke of a company! I highly recommend against this company at all costs. They will end up costing you more in the long run.

      Save yourself a lot of grief by not using this carrier. They WILL not deliver by date given and will not try to help you out, you're just a number. I even offered to get load from their facility so they didn't have to deliver and said they couldn't make that happen.

      We used **** for a shipment over a year ago and it was a terrible experience. The product was rejected at the destination due to so much damage. It was returned to us in ********** conditions. Boxes were damaged, product was MISSING, even a ****** was missing and the boxes were unloaded by hand. We took MORE **** ENOUGH photos and sent in a claim, we BEGGED someone to come out physically and look at the mess that was made. Our claim was denied twice due to "lack of proof of damaged product". Our product was absolutely damaged and we showed plenty of proof. We are a manufacture. We sell cases of our products to distributors. When our cases of products are destroyed - they CANNOT be sold. **** did not make us pay for the shipping services, but refuse to help us get this claim reopened and approved. WE **** ******* PRODUCT and ******* TIME FIGHTING THIS! Money down the drain!!!
