    I am rejecting this response because:

    Everything they have mentioned was total lie and not real. I used to like them and not only I paid enough I made sure their workers are getting enough tip. I personally in the past referred them to many of my family and friends. At that time I used to have my business helping seniors downsize and I used to call Anas ***** I loved two their employees and 7 years I have saved their name to ask for them. I always treated whoever helps me in cleaning nicely. Their rating is pretty low and you can see im not the only one complaining and their grade was F on BBB. I havent called them years before ***** and still dont know where are they bringing this lies that I didnt not pay them and yell at them. Unreal they have to provide a proof on what they are saying whoever I refer them I told them what happened and interestingly they all stop calling them because of lack management. Workers are super nice but the owner or whoever is managing this business is unprofessional and treat customers like and thats whats happening to their ratings and customers satisfaction is their least priority. 
    One last thing I remembered back in 2015 I started my business I personally called the owner I said I will be calling your company in moving seniors and I did call few times but now they are saying all these?!!! Unbelievable, I only wish the my very best with their lousy unprofessional business! If they believe in any God I hope they be ashamed of telling all the lies to cover their unprofessional business.

    u want you can file a lawsuit against us his last word was to see you in court. I was so mad and I checked their rating and they were F anyway and it makes complete sense. These people are terrible, rude, and unprofessional. Apparently, they are the ones who have problems with their customers. Their rating explains everything. Please do not use their services. Never ever!

    We are not lying about the employees not feeling comfortable coming back to her place. If we were mean to her why would she still calling us? We already apologize and we sincerely offered her an apology but we are not sending our crews to a place they dont feel comfortable.     In regards to the recent complaint weve received, we made the appointment with this particular customer entirely by accident. We decided several years ago to stop giving this customer our service after our employees had several complaints about how they were being mistreated during the most recent cleaning appointment. Our employees communicated to us that this customer was yelling at them, demanded that they performed services that we did not offer, refused to pay, and at one point refused to let them leave until they completed what she demanded. We reserve the right to refuse service to anybody who does not treat our employees with respect. We decided to cancel the appointment when we made the realization who the customer was requesting it.

    I am rejecting this response because: I never said his employees were mean to me and the same time I was never mean to his employees but whoever is their so called "manager" or the one who is answering calls is the one who is putting the reputation of this business in question. I have never called them past 7 years because I had someone else coming on regular bases and during COVID I had no one. This was first time after years I tried calling them and that's why I was shocked of their discrimination over something that NEVER happened and I always kept the cleaners the happiest. I will do my best for people to know what kind of irresponsible business it is. I want BBB to know this as well. I reply on BBB ratings alot and this business has to be well rated based on what services they offer to people. I am not shocked their rating was F to begin with and they well deserve it. Attached is few of their reviews from others that shows, I am not the only one!
