I scheduled a home cleaning service 3 weeks ago for a day before thanksgiving Nov 22nd and Dec 3rd. I get a call at 4 pm a day before services and this woman tells me we don't have a crew to come and clean your house. I said if that was the case how come you didn't tell me ahead of time and she said I'm sorry I can't force my crew to come and clean your house. This is three weeks after my reservation a day before services at 4:15 pm. She also said they are not available on Dec 3rd as well. I said what is the reason and she said there are no crew to come and work in your house. I called ***************************** the owner of this unprofessional business he said I will call and check what's going on he calls me back and says sorry we don't have a crew and as I said I will file a complaint against your company on BBB he said please don't as I will only send them for 2 hrs tomorrow. I said that would not be enough and he said my workers don't want to come and clean your house and if you want you can file a lawsuit against us his last word was to see you in court. I was so mad and I checked their rating and they were F anyway and it makes complete sense. These people are terrible, rude, and unprofessional. Apparently, they are the ones who have problems with their customers. Their rating explains everything. Please do not use their services. Never ever!
