"I am filing a formal complaint against Kemper (auto insurance claim handling) regarding an ongoing property damage claim that has been mishandled, delayed, and left REMOVEDvehicle was declared a total loss following an accident on or around January 16, 2026. "I had this insurance company from 2019 up until September 11/2024 due to being into an accident which was the other parties fault my car was a total loss and I had just renewed my insurance on 08/26/2024 I had the accident on 09/10/2024 my car was declared a total loss on 09/11/2024 but this company kept charging me every month for 5 months $369.82 I had to call them and Cancel my policy on February REMOVEDa prorated amount from the renewal from $377." ...
