      I was in a hit and run accident and the insurance company has been dragging this claim on since April 2021. I have spoken to several people and it's one excuse after another. They have to pay to fix my car and they know that. Hence the delay

      As we have advised the delay if due to the Illinois Department of Transportation have not yet certified that the other party  did not carry insurance.  Until we have something form them we are unable to move forward on your uninsured property claim.

      On 6/4/21 My 2012 Kia Sportage had the catalytic converter stolen. I made a report with american alliance. a week later they came and towed my car. My deductable for repairs is 500. At one time they could not find where my car was located in their system. Finally when my car was towed to a repair shop. It took three weeks claiming it was under review. The final results is that the American Alliance is backing out of paying for any repairs. Claiming wear and tear on catalytic converter? How can there be ware and tare on a stolen part? It doesn't make sense? I have been with them for years and never had a claim until now. I look up customer complaints and found out this is what they do when you file a claim! I need your assistance in resolving this matter. case# 2021c0106795

      Thanks for your inquiry.  As you were advised this is a part in which betterment was applied as it is a wear and tear part that had utilized 75% of its life and you are now receiving a new one.  Additionally, you have a $500 deductible that you need to pay as well.

      I pay my insurance monthly through Oxford auto insurance. The company Oxford uses is American alliance casualty insurance. July 4th there was an accident involving my car. I was not at fault. This is the fourth day being held on hold with no answer from this company. I submitted an online claim as well. No one is answering my calls. Reviews online are horrible and others are having the same issues like me.

      Ms. ***** you are well aware that we not only took your web report but have set you up for inspection and we have spoken to you by phone.   We are unclear why you would them file a false complaint with the BBB.

      I was in car accident where the driver was found at fault. I have filed a claim under the drivers insurance, American Alliance, being as he is not at fault and have not heard from the insurance. I have emailed and I have called and there is no response. I do not understand how this company is still in business when there are plenty of complaints just like mine. I would like for someone to get back to me regarding my claim and I would also like for my car to be repaired as it was their insured's fault.

      Thanks for your inquiry.   I do show that you called in a loss on 06/17 and we completed an inspection of your vehicle.  Our records do not show any recent phone or email activity.   We have been trying to secure our insured confirmation of involvement and version but have been unable to.  We will be issuing a coverage denial and you will want to present this to yor own carrier so they can take care of the damage to your vehicle.  We thank you for your patience during the process.

      I was involved in a accident on 3/15/2021. My car was heavily damaged so I called my insurance company which is American alliance. I have full coverage insurance. They have been taking excessively long to handle my claim. They will not return my calls or return calls to the body shop. I still have not had my car repaired. They have been rude and short with me on the phone and I can never get in touch with my adjuster.

      I filed a claim june 9th. They came to tow my car and take it to ******* june 12th. They sent me a letter june 18th to deny my claim. When i was trying to appeal it and send more details about my claim they told me they was not reversing the decision even with the proof of my car being in a flood. I asked them to please return my car back to my residence and they told me allow them 72 hours and it is now july 7 and wont nobody email me back or return my phone call regarding my car and i have no idead where my car is located and i still owe a loan on that car please help me.

      I am rejecting this response because:I am complaining due to you denying my claim and not letting  me appeal the decision with 
      the pictures I have regarding the flood. Plus yall dont really know if my car is totaled or not because of the horrible inspection you claimed you did almost 20 days later from the date My car flooded. So how would yall know if my car was dry or not 20 days later? But i provided pictures and can provide more pictures.

      The claim was denied because there was no evidence the car had any flood damage.  There was no flooding or rainfall on the alleged date of occurrence and we could not verify the alleged incident occurred during the coverage period.  Given this we returned her car to her.

      Claim #:2021C0100712 On 1/28/2021 I was t-boned by a person insured with AA. The police report made clear I was not at fault. On 1/29 I filed a claim with AA and my own insurance. After submitting all necessary paper work to AA, my car was inspected and determined to be a total loss. Weeks passed before I received my first offer. Because I declined salvage retention I was told to fax over my vehicle’s title and POA then I would receive a revised offer. I have been calling for two weeks and have not received that revised offer. I have been without a vehicle since January. I need my revised offer sent to me immediately.

      My car was parked on 2045 S. 14th Ave Broadview IL. My car was hit hile parked, which destroyed my trunk. My insurance was and still is up to date. I took my car to my machanic with the initial payment of $1400. Which was merely not enough. My machanic sent over the adjustments, which they claimed to not have received his email. My machanic forward me the email in which I aslo sent to Jose. I sent Jose a follow up email a week later and still have not heard back from them. MNy car has been sitting for nealy 2 1/2 months waiting for them to send the adjustment so that my car can be fix. I am current with my insurance on a car that I have not had for a while. I keep getting the run around from American Alliance. I also went to the company "Oxford" where I pay my car insurance for help, and all that I was tiold was, "They just take payments for Amreican Alliance, they don't deal with claims!" How is this even legal? Pleas Help.

      As we have advised your shop will need to being repairs based off of our estimate.   If during those repairs there are supplemental damages they must email a supplement request to us FOR ALL SUPPLEMENTS EMAIL [email protected].  Once approved any supplement will be paid directly to them.   To date we have not received any notice of a supplement request from your shop.

      Having secured another carrier for my vehicle insurance, fifteen days after "renewing" my policy with Accurate, I cancelled my policy on 1/15/2021, by sending an email to: [email protected]. (See attached) Around 1/22/21, I received a call from Sofia Tapia. I gathered she was "confirming the address” for sending the refund. She stated her call was to tell me "they weren't going to cancel my policy and the state of Illinois require ME to tell THEM, who my "new" carrier is before cancelling. I told Sofia that is NOT true. Sofia, then went on to state "she would put the cancellation date as 1/22/21. I told her, no, I cancelled on 1/15/2021 (see attached) and a different date, would impact my refund/return. At the time of this compliant, I have coverage with another carrier but Accurate / American Alliance refuse to return my yearly premium of $876.00. I have ask via the phone and fax. They refuse to return the monies I am owed and continue to send “Cancellation Notice”

      Actually Accurate is an independent company that represents the customers not Alliance and the can place business with numerous carriers.  Any issues with Accurate not returning premium needs to be addressed with them.
