My son had an accident on 02-02-2024. We filed a claim with American Alliance on February 8, 2024. My son has 20 days rental car coverage on his insurance policy. American Alliance instructed my son to go to Hertz Car rental to get a renter car. On 02-08-2024 my son rented a car through ***** Rental. On March 14, 2024, I received an email from American Alliance that the claim was approved on 03/13/2024. The insurance company selected Fine Line Collision to repair the vehicle. We are not sure when the card was delivered to Fine Line Collision but but the car still was not completed on 04-05-2024 when we returned the rental car. On *********, I received a letter that the insurance company was denying the claim. The letter stated ******** failed to change his garaging address listed under the policy. I called and talked to ************************************* and she stated ******** failed to inform the insurance company that he lived at ******************** and they are denying the claim for that reason. I explained to ************************** that I lived at ******************** and this is ********** childhood home and he uses my address as a mailing address but he does not live with me. When ******** purchased the policy he lived at ******************. He moved to ******************** which is 5 minutes away from the **** address. I provided the insurance company with the leases from both addresses. I received another email from ************************** stating the claim was being denied for fraud because ******** stated on a recorded phone call that he lived at my address. I provided proof that ******** did not live with me and they are still denying the claim. I need help with this insurance company. Can someone please let me know what legal options my son has with the insurance company. I am submitting the complaint because my son has a learning disability and I have POA to assist him on all legal matter.

I was in a car accident with one of their insured client on 12/11/2023. I have not gotten my car fixed and they do not answer their calls. When they do, they say I need to talk to the adjuster but the adjuster NEVER answers the phone calls. This has been ongoing for 4 months now. They need to repair my car immediately or answer my calls and emails with the quote I submitted so they can pay me and Ill get it fixed. These people are absolutely useless and total garbage.

I was involved in an accident through a vehicle insured with American Alliance back in March 4th 2024. The vehicle who was insured through that agency is at fault and listed as Unit 1 on the police report. I filed a claim later and were currently in the middle of ****************************** alliance has yet to reach out to me after their 30 days to give me a final update on the next steps and I had took numerous steps to contact them through via email and phone . They referred me to someone who is dealing with my claim and he has also not yet responded back to my voicemails to the point where theyre not willing to reimburse me the money instead of repairing the damages that were caused that day of the incident.

I bought full coverage insurance from American Alliance for my 2016 ******* Elantra on 2/22/24. I put a down payment of $277.74. My first payment was due on 3/22/24 in the amount of $232.84 which I paid in full on 3/13/24. My payments goes up to $242.84 starting April 22, 24. Someone tried to steal my car on 4/11/24, I called the insurance company they said my policy was cancelled due to no-payment. When I showed them I paid and the payment schedule they sent me the said that was not sent from them and that I owed $10. I paid the $10 they said my policy was reinstated on 4/11/24 when I paid the balance they say I owed. I was told to call back on 4/12/24 to file a claim when I submitted my claim they denied it saying my policy was not active. That was not true they need to honor my policy and accept my claim so my car can get fixed. The steering wheel collar is destroyed and the back window on the driver's side is busted. I want them to repair my 2016 ******* Elantra and restore it back so that I can drive my vehicle. I have submitted the original payment schedule they sent me as well as the confirmation number where I paid $232.84 on 3/13/24. I was nver contacted telling me my policy was cancelled. I only was told that when I tried to submit my claim to have my car fixed. I am requesting they fix my vehicle.

I owned a vehicle KIA ****** I insured with American Alliance Casualty company for six months paying 300$ per month for the vehicle. Three months ago my car was broken into and I have filed a claim since February 2024. Up until today they refuse to pay for the damages and told me that their estimate is under $1000 dollars when the car dealer estimate is $3500.00. I have attached the estimate here. They have been giving me the run around for the past two and a half months. I cannot get a straight answer from them. Each time I call there is a new story why they cannot pay the bill or some additional document that is needed. Everyone has a different document I need. I literally drove 50 miles to provide them with all the documents they said they needed and still no one is responding to my claim. This company needs to be shut down completely. I am fed up and super upset.

We got rear-ended by one of this company insurers. We called to open a claim, the customer service lady was absolutely the rudest person there was, they didn't want to tow our smashed vehicle, we have to pay for tow and storage, we have to pay for rental, without a time frame of repairs, and at the end of the call she hung up. We have a medical report to submit as well, and there is no way for communication. I really need some of their hight management to call us so we can get the claim settled

I called the insurance company at around 9:05 am on Monday apr the 15th, after a long hold, finally got connected with one of their agents, she proceed to start a claim, statement etc. When we ask for the vehicle to be towed away from the tow yard to the repair shop, we were advised we must do it ourselves and the fees will be subject to reimbursement once the claim is settled, then we asked for a rental car, again we must pay out of pocket and we will be reimbursed again with the same process but then she failed to specify how many days we would be reimbursed for, the response was a "reasonable repair time" in today's day this is very unpredictable, and we just can't afford to pay for everything out of pocket at once. This is very unprofessional way of conducting business, especially when weren't at fault and we lost out vehicle without any hope to get anything from this company. We also have a medical examp for the aftermath pains

This company refuses to cover the damages to my car that was caused by their driver. I have dash cam footage proving the entire thing. Their response to me and my insurance agent was that because their insured did not report the accident within 30 days of it happening, they will not cover and cannot determine liability in spite of the clear footage. Their driver had minimal damage to their car and are surely aware that they were at fault for the accident. I've tried contacting them by phone only to be placed on hold for long periods of time. I can see that there are countless reviews and complaints about this business identical to mine.
