      My car was stolen while staying at my moms house a few days before Christmas and had been recovered by the police in undriveable condition, I gave American Alliance my police report number and they told me I needed to go get the report myself and mail it to them. I missed work to obtain the report due to police hours being limited, I then mailed it to their PO box on January 12, they still have not received it???????????? It is February 2nd. I just need my car fixed in a decent timeframe but this is just ridiculous.

      Date of Loss: 07/29/2022 Claim Number: 2022C0127446 I have been waiting since July to have vehicle tow to body shop, First in November there was issue with coverage all requested information was provided and my body shop appointment was missed. I had to reschedule appointment for 02/06/2023. All information was in and vehicle was ready for tow is what representative told me, now underwriting has to look at it and it takes 5-7 days. I want my car it been almost a year with no results just run around I want my car released today. So it can get fixed. No one reads notes and it always a different answer every time you call there.

      Hello My name is *******************************. Im 23 years old working student trying to make ends meet. I was in an auto accident 8/23/2022 with a driver who is insured with AMERICAN ALLIANCE CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY as well that is 100% liable for the accident. But insurance company only paid me 75% to fix my car in the payment amount $1852.94 that was sent to me in the middle of September. AMERICAN ALLIANCE INSURANCE COMPANY did agreement with HERTZ RENTAL of the amount $23.99 per day. The company ( AMERICAN ALLIANCE had a reimbursement agreement that I had to do. I borrow money to rent the vehicle that I wasnt able to get until October due to financial hardship. I was allowed to rent the a BUICK ENCORE from October 28 to December 28th. The vehicle was returned on January 4th with reimbursement receipts of $4154.98. Now AMERICAN ALLIANCE doesnt want to reimburse the funds back to me. Ive spoken to representatives and I cant get help or funds return to me immediately Can you please assist me.Thank you ********************* ******

      I was involved in a car accident at the beginning of Dec 2022, with an unlicensed driver, who was driving a vehicle that was insured by this company. I was not at fault and the whole accident was witnessed by a police officer who filled out a report on the spot. I didnt get a copy right away because I had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance due to my injuries being as bad as they were. I have been unable to work for almost 2 months now, I needed surgery and am currently going through physical therapy, and this c*** insurance company wants to deny my claim saying they arent responsible. I am not sure how this company is still in business considering all the complaints they have. And of course, based on what I have read, they are going to give the same response they do to everyone, which is garbage.

      I purchased this insurance with the confidence that if and when I unfortunately needed it there would been coverage for my vehicle. My vehicle was stolen 12/22/22 and appended by the police during a chase and towed to a city pound, after my agent was notified. My agent and all connected to this insurance has such poor communication skills,they never call to keep me aware of what he next steps are in towing,inspection, where my car is located and apossible date of when I will have my vehicle back in my possession. This has caused me to be financially depleated in rentals,missed days of my employment, two doctor ************* medications increased due to elevated blood pressure, and insomnia. I have been subjected to lack of knowledge about my vehicle on several occasions with Northwest and American Alliance Casulty, constantly been given non collaborating statements concerning my vehicle. This has been the most frustrating thing I've ever had to deal with, I have to provide for my family and myself. I need my vehicle to make a 60 mile commute to work six days a week.       I was insured through American alliance causality company for 3 years I was in multiple accidents (i was not at fault for these) including a hit and run which the insurance company did not require a written statement. I got into a car accident that was my fault and the insurance company denied my claim based on a written statement but they never required a written statement in the past I believe this was bad faith insurance and would like to prevent this company from doing it to another customer/consumer.

      On 12/27/22 the client ran a red light over 6 seconds had been red. He hit a truck, who hit me. American Alliance has denied the claim stating he was using the vehicle for commercial and not personal business. The complaint is 100% liable and guilty for the accident, totalling my vehicle. They have been rude and condescending toward me when I've called. This is unacceptable as they are denying the claim due to reason I feel are completely ignorant as to not have to pay out e.r. visits, and vehicle repairs. Their client had numerous times to stop. They had been traveling exceeding the speed limit posted and as I had a green light that was 3+ seconds green and was proceeding through the intersection when he was speeding through said light, he was negligent and disobeying several laws. I do not feel this claim was rightfully denied. I truly believe they are trying to hide facts and save themselves. In the meantime, I have neck injuries and no vehicle to use for my job.

      I was in an accident with your insured who rear ended me and i have not been able to contact anyone to get my statement or finish a claim. I called and was on hold for 4 hours in three days and then automatically disconnected. The claim number that was established during the one time that I was able to make contact is 2023C0137260.The policy number is ILAA-054-0755-06

      On October 31,2022 I was hit by a person that is insured through American Alliance with is with Insure One. I call Insure One and they would not give any information on the thrid party insurance. I did not know that American Alliance was the insurance company until I received a status investigation of accident claimant on Dec 20, 2022. I filled out the paper work and sent it back to the insurance company and no one called me. I call the claims team ************ and was told that because their insured fell to report a claim any settlement will be denied. I was told to get an attorney if I choose to get a settlement. Why deny a settlement claim if their insured didn't file a report.

      Hello, my wife was hit by a customer of ********************************************* insurance. We did not file a police report because no body was hurt. We switched insurance papers and filed the claim. I was told they had 30 days to tell them there side. There has been no response from there client . I w was spoken to in such a rude manner every time I called and was very long wait times. They told me if the customer does not answer in 30 days they would not do anything involving the accident. They also told me they needed to do the estimate and no one wants to help me pay for the damages to my vehicle. Can you please help me make them be responsible for what they owe to me. That is all I am looking for what is owed from there customer causing damages to my car in a accident. Thank you
