    Purchased a *******. Piece of junk, didnt work. Followed their directions exactly on how to return product and get refund. Now just keep receiving same response that I need to send them the tracking number, which I have done 3 times previously plus its been verified that the company received the vac.

    This company is a ****! ***** any purchases. I ordered two Wuzu robot vacuums, one came that would not charge. It was so light, I'm fairly certain it is just a plastic shell without a motor in it. I contacted the so called customer service people to report the order was not fulfilled, a useless app. last updated in 2006, and a vacuum that wouldn't charge. They keep replying...order a replacement from these other sites, a ***************************************** send a picture of the device not working with the invoice for a refund. I just wanted to return it for a refund. How dumb would I have to be to be unable to.plug in a vacuum?? A bunch of crooks!

    This company, Loft Home Essentials, Home Essentials Direct and Home Essentials, besides having many names, has many phone numbers. I tried to call all numbers with all messages saying "all customer support lines are currently closed. The BBB gives this business an "F" rating. I purchased a Wuzutech Robovac X and it never worked.

    I ordered their phone holder for vehicles. Cannot use it and CANNOT return it! They offered me 20% of purchase price!!! Then they offered me a gift card for their site. I wanted none, just the money and you know that is gone! Don't buy from there! A scam.

    Oh my word. I truly tii ok cancel this order immediately after I ordered it. Realized I ordered the wrong item. **** told me it had been shipped already and that he couldnt do anything about it. But he told me that if I didnt change my mind by the time I got it to refuse it and then they would give me a refund. I told him that I dont have a personal maa as illicit. Its a community box. So I wouldnt be there to refuse it. This this company AND its employees will lie about everything to force you to keeping their product and stealing your money. The product was not shipped out as he said there wasnt any tracking number for 4 days. First lie. He said he would gladly help me out if I decided that I didnt want it once it had arrived. Well now hes telling me that he doesnt pay for the return of the canceled products. And he said that he had to have proof of a label and all this information once I go to the post office. Then he has to o wait until it reaches his warehouse to be inspected by his quality control department. Then if its passed by the inspector he will refund a portion of my order. Its brand new still in the box never been used. So now Im suspicious about the tactics of this company passing inspection gig. I took one look at the box and new right away that this is a piece of junk. This company takes your money forces you to receive it by saying its shipped too late to cancel. First Lie. Then if you refuse to accept it then you will get a full refund. Second Lie. Ive reported this to the BBB and my bank. DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS MAN/COMPANY B IN ********

    The robovac is an absolute waste of your money. Got stuck on a rug. Got stuck on a transition strip. Got **** in a small space. Just kept going round and round. Got stuck on a small piece of debris on the floor. It jammed the wheel and it couldnt get off. Its so random that it would take months to clean your floors. Cheap is always the lead in and disappointment is always end result. Now I see why after I ordered it that they kept trying to get me to buy a warranty. Im glad I didnt buy the warranty as this would have been more good money after bad. This product should really be taken off the market. The better business bureau should do a better job of protecting the public from c*** like this and companies that take advantage of consumers!

    I ordered the wuzutech robovac x a week ago and it worked sluggishly for the first few times. Now it is not working at all, Ive emailed and called at least 5 times. I get no response.
