      On Sunday, August 10, 2025, I placed an order via Yelp to ************** in ********. I received a confirmation stating that the order would be fulfilled by Grubhub. Within 3 minutes of placing the order, I called ************** to cancel because my friend placed a different order, and I didn't want the restaurant to begin cooking the pizza. The restaurant canceled my order and confirmed on Tuesday, August 12 that the pizza was never made and the order had been canceled. Grubhub charged my debit card $50.05 for the order. When I called Grubhub on Monday, August 11 to ask them to please refund my card, the first ****** I spoke to said that wasn't possible and that I'd need to call Yelp. I called Yelp, and they said I would need to call Grubhub. On Tuesday, I called Grubhub again, and asked to speak to a supervisor. At first, I was flat out told no, but when I persisted, a supervisor came on the line and said she would need to call the restaurant to confirm the order was canceled. She put me on hold, told me she called Pie Life, and she said they were too busy to look into it now and to call back in 2 hours. When I asked if she could follow up, she said no. I would have to call back. I did, and was again denied a refund, told that there was no supervisor to speak to, and told to call back later. I called on Wednesday, and then Grubhub told me I couldn't get a refund because making changes to an order "may result in additional charges". I explained I didn't receive anything from them and I want a refund. I asked to speak to another supervisor, was told no, but was allowed to once I persisted. She came on the line and said she would put me on hold to call the restaurant. She put me on hold and did not come back to the phone. I waited on hold for 37 minutes. I then emailed Grubhub's **************** support email and was copy and pasted a reply that my order didn't qualify because it had been more than 48 hours. They stole $50.05 from me, and I would like it back.

Taco **** **** 14 **** was hard as a rock. Burger King June 3 onions rings were freezing cold. Taco **** ***** 1 food poisoning. Wendys Jan 8 French fries and potato were freezing cold. ***** dec 29 food poisoning. ********* dec 17 nacho fries freezing cold and stale. Im also STILL waiting on my refund for the Aug 18 ********* order

      My order never arrived to my correct location and Grubhub is refusing to refund me. I literally have proof of my order never arriving and they told me my order didnt arrive in the right location and I am still being denied a refund please help me out.

      BBB Complaint: Grubhub Order and Service Failure Date of Complaint: August 24, 2025 Grubhub * Restaurant: ***** Zone Complaint:I am filing this complaint against Grubhub for their complete failure to provide the service I paid for and for the appalling behavior of their customer service team.I placed an order for Butter Chicken and received a completely different dish: Chicken Korma. This was not a minor mistake; the item delivered was wrong, and it was also inedible. When I contacted Grubhub for a refund, I was met with extreme rudeness and deceit. Every agent I spoke with claimed to be a supervisor and repeatedly told me a refund was not possible without any valid reason. When I tried to escalate the issue, the agents abruptly hung up on me, which is an unacceptable and hostile way to treat a customer.This experience was not just poor serviceit was fraudulent. I paid for an item that was never delivered, was lied to by your support staff, and was treated like a criminal for simply trying to resolve a clear mistake. Grubhub's refusal to take responsibility for its errors and its hostile customer service is a blatant disregard for its customers and its own business practices.I am demanding a full refund for this order.       Grubhub has repeatedly refused to honor then guarantee of on time delivery in its terms and conditions. Grubhub has refused to honor the on time delivery guarantee, although warranted and proven, simply due to numerous orders being delayed. Grubhub repeatedly failing to deliver on time services is not the responsibility of the consumer and further retaliation based on its own shortcomings is against consumer protection law and its own terms of use. I am asking Grubhub honor the guarantee validated for my recent order to Five Guys and to honor all valid claims moving forward and refrain from violating advertising violations.

      I placed a delivery order through GrubHub for ******* on august 8th 2025 the order came out to $15.08 after everything was being prepared and they found me a person to deliver the order I got a notification that it was dropped off while I was in the bathroom at the time, when I came outside to grab my order there wasn't a order outside my door. I reached out to the chat and called the line the employees I spoke to both said they were supervisors but could not resolve my issue because of me requesting a refund before but this is my first time I've ever used GrubHub and they were not understanding they just kept saying I have already gotten many refunds and they couldnt refund or reorder the food. I am very disappointed in this outcome because this is my first time using GrubHub and I usually go in person for food but I was too tired after work and wanted to try a delivery app just this once and this is what happens my money was taken and I have no dinner.

      I had delivery orders cancelled by Grubhub. They added credit to my account. I am not able to use the credit on any order. There is no response when I try reaching out to Grubhub. They have no contact info. I sent them an email through their press email address and added local news stations in case they want to investigate. The credit on my account will expire within the next couple of days. I want the credit refunded to my credit card and i want my grubhub account closed. Thank you.
