      Grubhub refuses a refund. The delivery driver took picture of Food ********** and took the food back. I didn't receive my order. When I notify grubhub they refuse to refund me and only offered 5 dollars credit. Totally unacceptable.

      Placed order via Grubhub for ********* on 09/04. I did not receive the two sandwiches I ordered. I asked Grubhub to refund me for this and they refused.

      Over the last 2 months, I have had trouble with receiving my items ordered through Grubhub at least 3 times. Each time I reported what was missing and was refunded. Today I did not receive part of my order again. I spoke to a chat agent and he offered me a $5 coupon. I called their head quarters and was offered the coupon again and when I asked why the customer is penalized for not receiving their proper orders I was told to either take the coupon, fill out an appeal form for a $7 item or she would hang up on me.

      On the night of September 4th and morning of September 5th, I placed 2 separate orders through GrubHub, the first at ********* spending $27.44 which was given a false picture and stolen presumably. I later got a $15 credit and a refund, which I used on Filibertos and paid $14.59 out of pocket on. When the driver got to the store it was closed, but Grubhub said they couldnt do any more refunds due to my previous one earlier claiming it as many

      Grubhub has repeatedly only delivered part of meals I paid for or made errors with my meals. I am paying for food I am not receiving. They have refunded many of their mistakes, though tonight 9/4/25, they refused to refund the food I did not receive. They told me due to this happening too many times they will no longer pay for their crime. Their AI offered a link I was not able to click the link connection. I told them I was unable to and repeated the process. Still unable to connect to the link listed for a dispute. I chatted with a human who told me due to this happening too many times they would no longer refund their criminal act of taking my money and not giving me what I pay for.

      10/03/2025 I ordered food from Panda Exspress, it took 2 hours to get to me. When i saw the driver was here, i went out to get my food and hear yelling from my landlords property ( i share a address with them) the driver WHO WAS NOT THE PERSON ON THR ACCOUNT ( the person on the account was a women, this was a man) was in my poor landlords face shes likr 54 and i am 55. He was cursing her out, and this went on for 30 mins. So i had to sit there make sure this f***** didnt hurt her till her husband ( who was 30 min away got there) i reported this to grubhub and got told. I had to many refunds, i only have one thats because your Drivers cant f****** read instructions and delivered it to the wrong address when I asked what other accounts or refunds I have they would not answer me so basically I got threatened and almost physically assaulted so did my landlord and my food was fully Cold and I get f****** squad. I really hope this company goes under. I am requesting a full refund for my order along with a apology credit

      I ordered a meal from GrubHub last night and did not receive part of my order. I was missing fries and my ranch dressing. And it was late. For one, they have a late delivery guarantee and told me I could not get that or that I could not remove my tip or I would not receive a refund for my missing items due to an "Unusual amount of refund assistance." The issue is, if I don't receive my food, or it's late or if it's incorrect, I want my money back. It's not fair to make someone spend their hard-earned money (especially since prices are inflated using their app) and get the short end of the stick. I didn't even ask for a full refund. I just wanted my $5 late guarantee and my money back for the food I didn't receive. And the tip is voluntary. I wanted that back as well, since he did a horrible job, I spoke with ******* ****** (#*********). This is downright unethical.

      GrubHub runs specials where you can get free GrubHub+ membership subscription covered by your other subscriptions, such as Amazon Prime or Lyft Pink. You still have to attach a credit card to your account, but it is not charged. GrubHub is changing people's membership from the free/covered membership to their $9.99/mo membership with no email communication to note the change. There is nowhere to select to stop the membership once the other coverage ends.Additionally, my other coverage DID NOT end and they still switched me over to the $9.99/mo membership. This feels like shady business practices and not fair for consumers.

      I placed a food order to ************ in ***********, IN on August 5, 2025 in the amount of $24.14. I received a text message that the order had been cancelled. I also received an email that the order was cancelled (no reason was given) and that a refund would be issued to my banking institution within 15 business days. It still has not been refunded!! I have called three times to their customer service department and all I am told was that the refund was issued and to contact my bank. I have been in contact with my bank twice and the refund was never received. They have "escalated" twice to their resolution department with no result.
