      I called VividSeats to see if I could buy the ticket next to mine since the best you can do on their website is get the same section. The representative assured me I could buy two tickets in the same section and then work with customer service to sell my one ticket back to them. **************** recommended I post the ticket on my own using StubHub/TicketMaster; I'm in charge of posting and selling the ticket and they are not buying it from me. Decent interface but poor customer service and re-sale is only available on their website with a direct link from customer service as far as I can tell. Buy with caution.

      Unable to access my tickets a week out after already accepting the ticket and they havent done anything to help fix the problem. One associate even had the audacity to ask if I had someone near that was tech savvy. Down right rude. I will never use vivid seats again.

      The team member who helped me on the phone was so helpful. He communicated clearly, patiently, and was very understanding. I had a great experience purchasing my tickets through the phone and received my tickets promptly.

      This is a **** ticket company. They will say tickets are on sale for a event, before the event venue even starts to sell tickets. I ended up paying over $550, a imaginary price for a ticket that didn't exist, for a ticket that the venue sold for $250. Do not use this website at any cost. You're not going to get a good deal.

      I ordered tickets for a concert that I drove to in another state. I was on the phone w 4 different agents via live chat that just told me to keep checking my emails for my ticket delivery. I called them when I arrived at the show and I ended up walking away from the concert, crying bc I heard the band come out on stage and im a die hard fan that had PIT tickets. Needless to say. I am back at my hotel disappointed and crying and will never use Vivid seats ever again to purchase tickets

      I am considering filing a lawsuit against this company because I am out of options. Thursday night comedy show in June ********* Day weekend) was rescheduled for a random Wednesday in July. No refunds. I bought 5 tickets at almost $120 each. The going value for resale is $33 per ticket at best. The change in date caused the ticket value to plummet. ************ would have offered a refund, but not VividSeats. This is for the **** ******** show in ************.
