    Never ordered thru axs before, honestly was nervous. Received our tickets 3 days before show, exactly when they said they'd come. Will definitely use this site again. Pricing was reasonable.

    Easy buying process. Tickets were delivered within minutes of purchase and sent directly to Ticketmaster app. Fair prices and minimal service fees. Unique features that help with navigating and exploring new stadiums. Will definitely use for future ticket purchases!

    I started to purchase tickets at the theater website and was transferred to a site that appeared to be ticketmaster. i had no idea that i was purchasing from a 3rd party vendor and a sketchy one at that. I was chargr DOUBLE the price of a normal ticket. I never saw the name "Rateyourseats" until I received an email after I had given my credit card, I called and talked to ****** No help, no refund, no escalation to a manager at my request. I was total refused an escalation. She totally read from a script. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

    BUYER BEWARE If there is NO picture of the view from seat its not worth risking a purchase. In my case, the diagram/map of venue showed seats in front of stage labeled GA PIT as well as a description stating GA PIT. ( I have screenshots to prove where my seats were going to be and the description) Once I purchased the tickets, they came as GA Sec 304 Row GA8. The website did NOT clarify an acronyms of GA8 for this venue. After all everyone should assume GA Pit w/pin point on ***************** could mean something totally different than what is shown. I sent text within minutes & then email to address this & was told they couldnt do anything. While they are the middleman & most sellers are honest & giving good info, they are allowing some sellers to give misleading info on their site. They should REQUIRE sellers to provide more details & to have accurate location on the diagram. This map didnt even have any seats avail to purchase in Sec 304 for this date. It is totally misleading & I paid way too much for seats in last section back furthest from the stage. They will not refund/exchange anything, nor put it back on the seller. I was told I could try to re-sell the tickets if I wasnt happy. If you use a reputable ticket reseller such as Seat Geek or Stub Hub, they actually hold the seller responsible to provide accurate info or the seller has to refund or exchange tickets. Even if I lost the transaction fee the seller should be forced to do the right ************** the tickets. Im guessing these transactions are making them money that they are afraid to lose if they hold this type of seller accountable of what they are truly selling.
