    At first, I was nervous. Ive never bought tickets from a third party vendor before. I wondered if the company was legit and if Id get ripped off. Well, I am happy and relieved to report that they are indeed legit! My seats were great! The only glitch is that I didnt receive my tickets via email right away. But that was quickly resolved by a Rate Your Seats customer service representative. Overall a very good experience.

    I received the email link very quickly to access my tickets and it was very easy to download them and add them to my wallet. I liked the feature of being able to see the view from the seats of the stage and the rating of the seats, which enabled me to choose good seats for the lowest price.

    The entire experience was extraordinary. From the time you step out of your vehicle ( or Uber) the entire operations is a well oiled machine. The ticket, security check, ushers and concession stand host were all professional, efficient and performed their job task at a high caliber.

    I tried to order 2 tickets to a concert ,everything goes through after some confusion except they sold me 1 Ticket. I called and they said they can sell me 2 tickets but i would have to sell the 1 ticket on my own. They cant tell what seat im in just the section and row. I called customer service and what a joke that was. They did not try to help or even care ,just an oh well we can still sell you more tickets. BEWARE !!

    Great price for amazing seats. Easy to purchase and the tickets were sent to my email within a minute, No dramas at all. My tickets were $90, normally $200.I did spend a lot of time doing research on this website and others. Im happy with the deal I got.

    They are legit. Tickets came right away and worked great. Also customer service was great when I called up. Glad to have a new competitor without such crazy fees as SeatGeek etc.
