1 starLack of transparency. Good sales pitch. Tell you they know your creditors and can settle your debt for 50-55%. In reality after they settle for 65-70% and you pay their 25% and then taxes on your written off amount you pay more than you actually owed to start with. They send you communication telling you they have done all they could. Results do not show what they tell you in the sales pitch to get you to sign up. Very bad decision. Im in a worse place now than I had been. Btw they make it sound like they will negotiate and this will be a relief but they only negotiate one account at a time and only when you have enough money in your account. Not at all what I thought I was signing up for. I know -read the small print. Well at sign up they rush you through the document paraphrasing what it says without providing you a copy to review in advance. Very discouraged. Would not recommend!Beyond Finance

1 starImmediately my credit score dropped to the 400's. It's been 6 ************ still getting calls / emails from creditors. I keep getting dinged on my credit report for "major derogatory." Out of the 14 creditors, ONE has been settled in 6 months. ONE!!!!!3 are "in progress" and have been for at least 3 months.Beyond Finance

Her point to detail on what I should expect, and what I needed to do, to help myself, was very helpful. ************ was very knowledgeable in what you knew about the company as well as guiding me along to becoming **** free. She was a joy to work with, and made our call most enjoyable. I only wish there were more phone representatives, in the many different companies in the world like her.
