1 starI wasnt going to review but since I got an email requesting a review, I might as well everyone I have spoken to with this company has been extremely unhelpful and extremely rude. I never would have gone with this company if I had spoken to anyone first, but I was enrolled by another company then passed off to beyond. Simple questions take days to get answers, the actual creditors are more helpful and more professional even though they know they are going to get paid less with me being in this program.

5 starsThese people are FANTASTIC!!!!!!And even more so, that is to say the least. Our first experience was with ********************* our Debt Specialist and then our onboarding person *********************! Just completely TOP NOTCH both of them. Actually, it does make sense, a fantastically set up debt relief program and company wherein the personnel follows in the exact same way. It is highly apparent that for **** and ******, this is not simply a job but really almost a calling if you will. They both TRULY desire to be of service and are highly knowledgeable about how things work and exactly what can be done for anyone needing relief. PLEASE DO NOT hesitate to call this company if you have debt problems. Trust me you will be more than happy that you did once you do! 1 starTerrible. I have paid into this for over a year and over $5k. They have paid ONE small account $1200...JUST one. and have taken the rest of my money in "Fee's". They keep saying that we will pay off the next one when your account reaches ** dollars but it never reaches that because they TAKE the money for the FEE's before it ever gets there.I could have paid off three of these debts MYSELF over the past year without this program... I am worse off than I was before.Beyond Finance

5 stars***** and ****** both helped me so much with the entire process. i was very unsure of this type of program and they answered any and all questions i had and helped me set up the best plan possible for me; all the while easing any anxiety i had. i am very grateful and very excited to work towards being debt free with the program!
