Hello, I was reviewing my report and saw a number of accounts and enquiries that I don't remember making. With regard to these accounts and inquiries, I haven't even opened an account. When I contacted the credit bureaus and lenders to let them know that the accounts and inquiries were unauthorized, they disregarded me. This must be taken down right away because it is harming my credit. I have provided proof of my identification in the attachments. I do not currently want to add a fraud alert on my credit record. On my consumer report, there is information that was obtained through identity theft. I didn't give explicit written consent or instructions for the transactions in question to be included in my consumer report. I am asking for that the reporting of this information be blocked and deleted. I ask that this information's reporting be stopped and removed. I'm incredibly upset, and this has made me depressed a lot because it prevents me from getting my family a new automobile.

I am rejecting this response because: I have mailed out letter after letter.  I notice several inaccuracies on my report that are continued to be disregarded by the credit bureaus. Please do not ignore this request.

      15 U.S.C **** section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy.

15 U.S.C **** Section 604 A Section 2: It also states, that a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions. I have not provided any written consent for this alleged debt, and nor am I liable for this.

Delete this at once as it is causing severe depression . I have also sent out debt validation letters to the CREDITOR to VALIDATE this alleged account. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 (a)(1)(A), you are required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that you post on a credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account.

      Sincerely,

      ***********************

On 10/1/22 I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report to this day over 60 days later I have not received a response yet. I feel like im being taken advantage of and being ignored of my disputes. Section 611(a), it is plainly stated that failure to investigate these items within 30 days given a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report it has been over 60 days so they should be deleted promptly. I demand these accounts be deleted immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress you caused me. My information was also impacted by the ************ breach and may have got into the hands of the wrong person.

I sent a letter to dispute fraudulent inquiries that had been placed on my credit file. I included in the dispute...my request to remove the inquiries, a copy of the police report, and a document showing the items I was disputing. The company ( Transunion), sent me a response back stating that the inquiries were valid and most importantly, the police report I sent...didn't "appear" as a valid document??!! This makes no sense what so ever. So, I just made up a police report and sent it to you? That document came directly from their website. The only "alterations" I did to this form, was I converted it into a pdf file. Just so there wasn't a problem printing it off if they needed to. The other thing that makes no sense, is the fact that they removed two of the items I was disputing...based off of this same information?. So, was the police report good enough for those two items only? Don't remove any based off of your investigation, or keep them all on.

A third party? No one is working on this, but myself. Why do I need to submit the SAME documemts again, that I submitted originally? Please remove these items, you're stalling.

Transunion refuses to remove a rental inquiry on my report. They claim that the information is correct and verified but refuses to give sources. The credit companys that the debt is associated with has no account associated with the debt (******************) therefore it shouldnt be reported on my account if there is no possible way to pay it. I have filed a complained with the ***** ************************ to further handle this situation as well. If this debt is valid Transunion needs to provide a collection agency to where I can call and find out if the debt is valid.
