      This company beat our old CC processing rates hands down saving us a more than modest sum every month. ******* provided excellent service and kept in contact during the entire transition making it as seamless as possible.We had some difficultly with the original terminal they had sent and ******* stayed tuned and made sure the issue got resolved swiftly. To me a true measure of a company is how well they deal with an issue when it does arise (as they always will) and these guys delivered.

      I am the owner of a small pet styling business in **********. I have received a phone call from one of my employees with the concern of the credit card machine not printing the copies of the receipts clearly on the paper. As a business owner, it is always difficult to solve any problem while being away from the office. However, with one phone call to the Enhanced Payment Systems customer support, I was transferred to tech support and a gentleman by the name **** has assisted me in this matter. Not only he took the time to hear the description of my problem but he has offered to call my office and to walk one of my employees over the phone with troubleshooting. And he has done just that! The problem was resolved and we were back in business! Thank you so very much for a fantastic service! I have long forgotten what it was like to actually dial a number and receive such satisfactory results! I sincerely and most genuinely appreciate **** taking the time to fix my credit card machine allowing me to avoid frustration and uncertainty while being away from the office! I highly recommend this company based on an EXCELLENT customer service and satisfaction! Thank you!
