      I am writing to formally document what I believe constitutes fraudulent business practices, misrepresentation, and unauthorized theft of funds from my business accounts over the past six years. Your company has systematically deceived me, hidden fees through complex legal jargon, and withdrawn substantial unauthorized amounts from my accounts while denying me access to basic account ************** 2019, I was approached by a female sales representative from EPS who made specific promises that have proven to be completely false. She explicitly told me:- I would NOT be charged for the credit card terminals - As long as I passed fees on to customers, I would NEVER be charged anything - This was presented as a great dealBased on these assurances, I made the decision to switch from my existing credit card processing company to World Pay for both my ****** and ************ Anytime Fitness locations. This decision was made entirely based on the false representations of your sales representative.plex legal jargon and contract terms not disclosed during the sales process.**Discovery of Massive Unauthorized Withdrawals**- **Contradictory Fee Structure**: Despite promises that fees would be passed to customers, I was being charged processing fees on every transaction - **Unauthorized Monthly Fees**: Monthly charges ranging from $75 to $250 per account, even when terminals were non-functional - **Hidden Compliance Fees**: Noncompliance fees charged monthly for six years despite never receiving compliance questionnaires - ****************** Name Changes**: World Pay changed names multiple times, making it nearly impossible to track which withdrawals were theirs - **Complex Legal Jargon**: Contracts written in deliberately confusing language that contradicts the verbal promises made during sales

      Will is GREAT. I was skeptical to change to another processor. We had a terrible experience changing before. Will gave me references, and they could not have been more complimentary. The change went smooth and I have been VERY happy ever since.

      ****** DaVinci walk into my business and offer what I thought a great service and rate with string attached cancel anytime if your not happy with the service and after been set up with it, it was hard to get ****** DaVinci on the phone he said he was sick took him too weeks to get back to activate the machines that they had sent and finally when he came we had issues with the credit card machines took the another two weeks to figure out ,at this time I was very unhappy with the service now we are close to two months I called talk to numerous people to cancel the service they are giving me the run around with the cancelation now they tell me that am in a 48 month agreement and also have cancelation fees . This us not what ****** DaVinci had told me ,the deceitful practice that they all have is questionable. I will not recommend this company at all.

      Since 2023 they have been withholding my funds and sent me only 1 notice in December of 2024 ... It's now been 3 weeks of trying to correct a error they made on their end of my tax Id number .. we are 3 weeks and 3 different customer service support people in .. and have nothing to show for it .. absolutely archaic how bad there systems are ... Absolutely no help ** ******** should be fired he has completely left me in the dark of this situation. Over 25 thousands dollars is being withheld.

      Incredible value for their services!! Saved me thousands of dollars a month by switching to their credit card processing system. Transition was easy and ***************** was extremely helpful with training. We are a small business in *************, and ** trolling overhead is critical. They really helped actually reduce over head expenses!!

      **** my sales guy has been great! I met him on a sales call and he was very patient and explained everything to me. During the installation process, we had some issues, and **** was next to me solving issues together. I am especially happy that **** is local and I can call on them anytime.
