      If I could leave negative stars I would. This company asks you to jump through hoops, and after you do they drag you along until your application expires then customer service refuses to help. ******** excuse for a company that does NOTHING to streamline the process. The customer service will lie to get you off of the phone, blatantly. I would not recommend wasting your time with them.

      This company is totally corrupted, I had a reoccurring charge by a company that would not allow me to cancel my subscription. So I paid 9.98 for a new card thinking the charges where only liked to the old card, o no every month they pulled it out, I tried to ask them to block the charges they said they couldn't. So I cancelled the account, it's a totally corrupted system the whole financial sector is corrupt at every level.

      I used this company for a 10k loan in 2022. Couldn't get a loan really with anyone else and they gave me a chance. I have paid off my loan and never had an issue with them. I'm guessing most of the people here complaining wasn't able to pay on-time. If you make your payments on time you won't have any issues! Great company! If I ever need a loan in the future ill be using them again!

      They asked for the same documents 3 times. The customer service is farmed out to a country where English is not the primary language, and even the supervisors were difficult to understand. The did a hard credit pull before deciding on the status, even though they said it would only be a soft pull. Their email responses contradicted the dashboard. Customer service **** never listened, and only read the talking ********* essence, stay away from this company. They are dreadful to work with!

      If I could give this company a 0-star review, I would do it without a second thought. I nearly lost my daughter last year and fell behind on a few things, but I've always been on top of my payments until this one slipped my mind. When I reached out to request just one late fee be waived, they denied it without hesitation. Not once did I feel any compassion or understanding. What's worse is the way they treat their customers. My ************ ********************** One, and Discover cards have always been understanding in tough situations, and they'd never treat me like this or hit me with extra fees. If you're going to go broke over a mere $25, at least be upfront about it instead of making customers jump through hoops. Clearly, this company needs it more than I do, and if that's how they choose to operate, so be it but Ill never recommend them to anyone.

      I opened a credit card account with ********************** on April 2, 2025. Today is May 28, 2025. I have still not received my credit card. I have called three times and used the email option to request a new card be delivered. Each time, the response is to allow up to 15 business days for my card to arrive. When I called this morning, I requested my card be overnighted as I still have not received my card nearly two months after opening an account. The customer service *** I spoke to told me overnighting a card is not an option. When I asked why, I was told that is company policy. I then requested this company policy be emailed to me. The response was I cannot do that. At this point, I am extremely concerned this bank is fraudulent and is stealing identities and private information. There is no reason I shouldn't have my credit card two months after opening an account.

      This is an absolute scam ..I got this card after my husband died of ALS as I had to restart my credit ..I always made timely payments more than once a month..my balance was eventually 0 I had not used it for some months as I did not need to ..and they closed my account to deliberately hurt my credit rating ..I worked so hard on ..like a spoilt child as I didn't use my card for a while It doesn't surprise me they have had lawsuits!! I WOULD NEVER do business with these people again.

      WORST CREDIT CARD EVER. I cancelled card back in ********************************** information via mail. I have called several times, have been hung up on, put on hold for over 10 minutes and was told a supervisor would return my call in an hour....that did not happen. Called the 3rd time and have been put on hold now for over 15 minutes waiting for a supervisor. Worst customer service. NEVER GET THIS CARD.

      Nearly 2 weeks ago, a valid purchase was attempted, and declined. Declined for 'fraud'. I called in, asked what was going on, confirmed the charge made was by me, in the town where I live. I was told I needed to prove my identity by sending in my driver's licenses, front and back. So I did. I have been told that there is no timeline, they can't tell me why my card was locked, they give me nothing to work with. I have paid my bills on time, never late, and never go over my limit. I'm trying to be a good customer, and they are stonewalling me in this case by not telling me anything. What's up?! I cannot recommend this company given this lack of communication, and stone cold locking my card.
