I took classes with coding temple to become developer, they said to me in first day I can't pay anything until I get hired and start the job, they promise to look for job soon I get certification, they said the course part time cost 9000, and I can have access to courses for lifetime.Nothing of these promises was true, they didn't let me finish the course, and they closed the program on me even they said unlimited access, and they charged me *****, even they said 9000, and they even make my credit bad, they said the course is for everyone even for the beginners but wasn't true.I was treated badly, I didn't get access to unlimited access, and they charge more.I need them to give me unlimited access like they said and look for job for me and fix the problem of the bank and change the charges.

I feel mislead by this educational institution. I had very specific needs and schedule. I was told that they had the classes available to my schedule, there was support available when I needed it, and there was guaranteed job placement. I was promised after I graduate, I would get the opportunity to work on a real-life project for a real employer. There were very limited classes available to me, and the classes were not actual educational classes. They just showed you vaguely how to do the project. They didnt actually teach classes based on their curriculum. All of their career classes, specialty classes and other necessary classes for me to attend were not available to my schedule. After 3 months they took away ALL classes on my schedule. I self-guided myself through their entire curriculum.Their student success managers were hardly available. When I did get an opportunity to speak with one, they could not assist me with my projects or answer my questions. When I enrolled in the *** classes, they eliminated classes. Another self-guided course I didnt sign up for. When I enrolled in the tech residency, there was no employer, and a fictional project was available for a fake employer who was some third party to coding temple who exhibited zero confidence in the process. My career coach started with the company the same week I entered career services and had zero cybersecurity background to support me as I searched for a cybersecurity role. By the end of the course, I realized I had received no real-life hands-on experience to get a job and now I had to grind in my free time to get the experience I need to get a job. They are an absolute scam of a company.

I paid for a coding course here specifically for live classes. They took those down after my chance to withdraw and get my money back. The course changed many times, and they are making it hard to get a refund when the product I paid for was taken from me.

I was reached to by a recruiter promising me all this stuff and a guarantee for a job and how this company has all kinds of connections with all these big corporations(*****, *********, etc.) and told me getting a job would be easy. I had to meet certain stipulations and attend workshops to graduate. I explained how my schedule was to my recruiter before signing up, double and triple checking to make sure that I would still be able to attend all these required meetings, and he told me I would be fine. I had to stop doing the classes because I wasnt able to attend the workshops to even qualify to get my certificate. They change up the schedule and instructors and platforms every other week and there is no consistency like I was promised as well. I saved all these texts from the recruiter who reached out to me in the beginning. After not being able to attend these due to my work schedule, I now am in debt pretty bad due to this. And its just not me, students are all coming out on ******** about the same situations! Even those who completed the course cant get the help they were promised going into it and they just keep making promises that dont get fulfilled. It affected my mental health with me trying to wake up way before my work schedule and things didnt make sense still. I would reach out and they tell me to join office hours at a certain time but I was never able to due to my work schedule. Which they knew and told me I would be perfectly fine. Just hoping and praying that there can be something done with this scam pretty much. Hopefully other people speak up about it like me. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to escalate this issue. They seem to just blow me off.

I enrolled in Coding Temple as a non-native English speaker. Before enrollment, I was never informed that instructors would speak in fast-paced English with strong accents. This made it impossible for me to follow or benefit from the course. I asked to cancel, but Coding Temple refused to refund my tuition or release me from the Climb Credit loan. The program was inaccessible due to a language barrier they failed to disclose. I have submitted a formal loan dispute to ***** and filed a complaint with the ****. I am now asking Coding Temple to cancel my tuition and issue a refund to Climb Credit.

In response to my enrollment in software engineering classes, I encountered a situation where my school. , a company, was unable to reimburse me due to an unforeseen health issue. Despite providing them with medical documentation and records, I was unable to secure a refund. After persistent communication with one of their staff members for over a month, I was informed that she had transferred to another department and was no longer available to assist me. This situation has left me uncertain about how to proceed and who to contact for further ************* tuition fee amounted to $12,500, and I am seeking a resolution to this matter. I am concerned about the possibility of a scam involving the company and their lack of timely responses to my inquiries.I have attached screenshots of our communication for your reference. I would appreciate your guidance in navigating this situation and identifying appropriate channels for seeking help.

I am filing a formal complaint against Coding Temple and Climb Credit for misrepresentation of loan repayment terms during my enrollment in Coding Temples cybersecurity boot camp.Upon enrollment, Coding Temple assured me that loan payments would be deferred until job placement after completing six interim payments. However, I have been informed by Climb Credit that my loan will go into full repayment immediately after the interim payments, with no deferment process.Key Concerns:Coding Temple misrepresented its payment policies during enrollment.Climb Credit has failed to provide clarity or resolution regarding this discrepancy.I request your assistance in investigating this matter and ensuring both entities align their practices with the advertised terms.
