      "I have deposited using my digital wallet dont have physical card but have bank statements and letter from bank to prove my account history that the account belongs to me and my with draw has been under review for days I got an notification to verify card and I told them I have no card it was digital but I have all the necessary credentials to prove Im the owner of the account and then another issue popped up because I mentioned I needed my money to pay a bill so they put my account under review for responsible gambling which is a joke from other reviews Ive seen these situations dont get handled and the holidays are here I need my founds"
