      Customer purchased the vehicle on May 22, 2023. The customer called us on May 25, ******* let us know that the 3rd row seat was stuck, and the *** and reverse light were not operating correctly. We set an appointment for **** 2,2023. The customer did not bring the car in on that date and no additional appointments have been requested by the customer.

      Although we are sympathetic, the customer is being treated in accordance with her contract with the company and company policy. She has been afforded the same opportunities as any similarly situated customer. The Companys policy is in full compliance with Federal, State, and Municipal law, and in consultation with our legal counsel.

      Hi **** id like for you to call me at the number on file. I called the ****** location requesting an appointment for a loud transmission noise. I informed them that i was 3 miles over warranty and they DENIED me service. Following that weekend I kept my promise and came in to give AN ADDITONAL DOWNPAYMENT AS PROMISED. During that time I informed ***** that I missed the apt because they said they WOULD NOT SERVICE ME. SHE PROMISED TO SET A NEW APT UP AND CALL ME BY MONDAY. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. A FEW WEEKS LATER ( COUPLE DAYS BACK) THE ***** CANNOT EVEN COME TO A COMPLETE STOP. THERE IS NO WAY BREAKS AND ROTORS WARE OUT WITHIN OR LESS THAN 90 DAYS. I ASK THAT YOU PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT.       Hi **** again I am requesting you give me a call or a good contact where my attorney can reach out. I SPOKE WITH ****** WHO REASSURED HE WILL SEND AN EMAIL BASED UPON OUR CONVERSATION. UNFORTUNATELY I DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE LEAVING THE VEHICLE WITH SOMEBODY UNTRUSTWORTHY AND HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. IF I WAS LIED TO THEN I CANNOT IMAGINE WHAT IS NEXT- I HAVE READ MULTIPLE REVIEWS AND THE LAST THING I NEED IS TO DROP OFF THE VEHICLE AND IT END UP HAVING MORE "UNKNOWN ISSUES".       I purchased a vehicle from the Auto Warehouse in ******** on 03/22/2023 i put down **** got a 2014 jeep grand cherokee with ******* miles on it and the man kept trying to get me to put down extra money i was told that i would be paying a biweekly deposit of 277 for my car note . A week later after having the vehicle the check engine light came on i took it to auto zone and to get it read and a code popped up on it for a misfire . I contacted the auto warehouse to put the car in the service because i was told that i had a 30 day warranty for the service . took the vehicle to the service and got the vehicle fixed i was told i was okay to come pick the vehicle up and a day later the check engine light came back on i ignored it for a while because i neeeded to keep the vehicle because i was spending too much on uber to get back and forth to work . When i purhased the vehicle too i was also told that if i refer someone i would get a free monthly payment in june i refered my coworker and she purchased a 2012 kia ****** i called up to the warehouse and gave them my information and told that i was going to receive a call back but never did . So it was time for my car note to get paid and i was late on the payment due to me not having a stable work postion and they shut my car off on me while i was outside the grocery store with my baby. I called and gave them a specific date that i can pay the car note and he tried telling me that i had to pay it earlier than that after i told him i was not working . I just feel like this place was scam aslo because when i first came in and the dealer did my paperwork i told him that i pay 745 for rent and he put on the paperwork that i only pay 300$ . Im a female and dont know about cars this why i feel like they got over on me .Now it is July and im constantly having problems with the car now i have to buy a new battery because my car keeps shutting off and barely starting up .

We inspected the vehicle and found that the vehicle needed a new thermostat, new radio, new tires and an alignment. We ordered the parts and once the parts came in, we replaced the thermostat and radio and sent the car to VIP tires for two new tires and a wheel alignment.These repairs were completed at no cost to the customer. The customer called on December 29, 2022, to say that the check engine light was on, and we set a new appointment for January 6, 2023. The customer did not bring the car in on that date.

      I purchased a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan from the Auto warehouse on Cicero Oct 29,2022 first off I asked for an SUV Durango to be exact I just knew that after paying off my first scam vehicle a **** ****** Sienna for like $18,000 , yes somewhere in that ball park for a **** timing broke 2 months after paying it off so I go to purchase another vehicle very stupid of me any who 2 days after purchasing the check engine light comes on the car heat didn't work properly, knocking in the transmission and struts needed all around filters needed changing as well I did manage to get a repair appointment after a world of struggles they had the car a few days can't remember told.me the car was fine just needed two new front tires they did fix the heating issues but damaged the ac it was working fine now one side is hot the other cold . Also told them about the strut and the transmission it went ignored and I was lied to put two used tires on the front that I had to plug two bad tires sent me on my way been trying to reach the auto repair for months spoke to reps went back to where I purchased it they tried contacting auto repair they couldn't reach them I was told they would send an email to the auto repair manager that Day and should hear back that day its been 2 weeks the car only goes about 25/30 miles an hour tried to get help they are rude with gangster style tactics I have filed a complaint with the feds county city and state the attorney *************** and even a **** Congressman and the media they cut my car off the other day I was at work they called I didn't answer payment was due that day the day hadn't ended it was 12 noon they shut the car off . It was due that day . The day wasn't done they shut me off how arrogant and gangster and this how they treat someone who paid off the first rip off now I have an even worse vehicle the car had over ******* miles on it not the car I wanted they made me take that car or nothing else(remember I paid my first balance off these gangsters didn't care) $285 every 2 weeks for a malfunctioning car trans will go any day now struts terrible gone only had the car since October 29,2022 I have paid for out of pocket repairs continuously because can't reach repair department they had the car previously fixed only the heat and gave me dangerous tires boy they sweat you for that money though but sell you a bad bad bad bad bad product breach of contract negligence didn't disclose blue book value when asked wasn't told interest rates how much the car costs just sign this congratulations we just fd you I am with all my power and political and legal help do what's needed to SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN change the name all you want that shows bad credibility trying to escape and dupe more people picketing at all locations in the Chicagoland area on the way media and political and legal problems are headed this company's way I paid off a car and this is how I was treated what a sham company and they should not be doing business in ******* or any where else.       First off first lie being told is the inspection was bogus car needed struts told them that their conclusion was 2 used tires that I inflate everyday since I got them USED tires not new total lie had to bring the car back because they installed a non working radio that's why I had to.come back fixed the heat broke the air conditioning on the passenger side it worked before they touched that area I told them about the struts when it was under warranty they said it was front tires wow like I'm stupid here try this Mr. ***** of the company you sell bogus cars with little to no maintenance won't give the history on the car no prices on the cars if you ask they won't tell you I didn't get a contract at all all I got was a tax receipt hey whats my interest rate ? They sure didn't tell me when asked didn't give bluebook value when asked wasn't the car I wanted that's what they offered gangster style tactics over $23,000 for a car with a Blue book value of $3750 the car needs a transmission only goes ************************************************************************************************************************** into paying out the wazoo for a **** I have a heavy heavy hand in this city I will fight you tooth an nails on this and it's coming class action is imminent. This is totally ridiculous you are a legal scammer the light is about to shine on your operations media coming soon and every connection I have coming for the shut down lying doesn't make you applicable with the laws time to get exposed crooks.

      Each time I was told to bring the car in 1. Was during working hours couldn't make it 

      2. What needed repaired was now on me to pay for since now it was past the warranty but the company was notified of the problems before warranty expired. So now I have to pay for the issues No I don't think so . The bottom line here is they know what practices they partake in at this company and it's time for them to be investigated as they are now being and don't know it yet but it's coming Attorney General ******** Congressman ***** and Federal and the ************* fraudulent as this company is it's time people fight back and stop being taken by scam companies such as this one .       I purchased a vehicle in April 2021 I gave **** down . Recently I see my car balance going up instead of down. I inquired about this issue they send a receipt which shows that I didn't start paying for my vehicle until 12/21 . When questioned they ignore my request of a contract and also a Base Price of my vehicle. My calculations are April 21 -12/15/21 I paid **** Plus the down payment. The amount that they say I owe is ****. When I explained it to them they try to talk in circles on you which is very uncomfortable and unpleasant! They didn't think I noticed that the *********** changed up on me ..so from April 21 - Dec21 I paid someone else my money. As of Last week of Dec 21 the *********** became ABCOA when it switched my car note seemed too start over.

      The customer complained that she has already paid more than what she believed she owed us on the car. Per her retail installment contract which we are sending to her for her records, the total amount that she owed to us. The contract clearly shows that she would make 73 payments bi-weekly beginning 04/23/21.  

      Although we are sympathetic, the customer is being treated in accordance with his contract with the company and company policy. He has been afforded the same opportunities as any similarly situated customer. The Companys policy is in full compliance with Federal, State, and Municipal law, and in consultation with our legal counsel.

(driveing 45 milrd a hour t,The light's show doors open !) Also a tool that called 'FIXDit ' Said's that the 'Calacik converter is BAD' May cost $3000. too8000. Dollars ! I've contacted *********************** on 'LEMON LAW Suit ,assignment.As I'd told the company's representive to 'FIX Issues ,or return my money's !!!       I bought a car 6/8/23. Not even a week later my check engine light comes on. They state how their cars goes though inspections and they have you sign all the paperwork about how they are selling you a car in working condition it obviously its not in working condition if my check engine light comes on and it hasnt been a week. Yet they want you to pay on time or they turn your car off but you cant even get a decent working car! It isnt fair because what they say on their website is not true! Its frustrating then all they say is you have a warranty well what about the principle of the entire situation?! When it isnt fair to be sold a LEMON when they promote quality cars on their site.

      I bought the car august 2022 the car been having problems the moment after i got the car need a new transmission i been paying the car note they keep turning it off every two weeks i told them come get the car the transmission messed up they took the car an giving me a repossession

      On August 30, 2022, the customer brought the vehicle in for service because the AC was not functioning, and the windows were sticking. Repairs were made to the vehicle and the customer picked up the vehicle on September 5, 2022. On September 6, 2022, the customer informed us she was bringing the car back for service, however, she did not specify what the problem was and did not bring the vehicle in. The vehicle was secured for lack of payment on May 22, 2023. Although we are sympathetic, the customer is being treated in accordance with her contract with the company and company policy. She has been afforded the same opportunities as any similarly situated customer.       i brought a car from auto wearhouse in ************ ** and they did not disclose to me or mention that the financing company contract is a apr contract where you pay double for the car they told me during the sell that the balance of my car would be 17, 000 and i would be paying 270 bi weekly i contacted them and they said that i have a 100 payment left that would be almost triple for this car this buiness is doing some illegal stuff that need to be check out i think my signature is fraudulently to because i did not sign anything that agreed to that type of financing

      We reviewed the contract with this customer and found that the Disclosure of 36% Rate Cap and the Retail Installment Contract clearly showing the Total Sale Price were both signed electronically by the customer. We also reviewed the Electronic Signature Acknowledgement and Confirmation of Pre-Signature and Electronic Signature Acknowledgement and Confirmation After Signature forms and they were both signed by the customer as well. Finally, we checked that the ID attached to the credit application was a valid ID with this customer identified as the applicant. We do not believe there was any fraud and believe that the customer did sign the contract and agree to the terms.

      I finance a car from the auto warehouse and Ive been having problems since day one I have all of my receipts to any dealership small car place etc. that I went to to get this vehicle serviced I was under warranty for 30 days but every time I try to take my vehicle to the auto warehouse to get serviced they were always so busy and were never able to get me an appointment so I took measures on getting the car fixed out of pocket I bought the vehicle from them and the vehicle needed an engine the whole time I was told from ********** dealership when I took my vehicle to get checked that the place that I purchased a car from put really thick oil inside of the vehicle just to get a sale and to get me through until an oil change comes about but thats what they thought the vehicle has been consistently burning oil Ive spent over $500 on oil because Im buying it every week Im very upset that they are leasing me a LEMON for 20,000$ so now Im filling an complaint with attorney general office and also going to news Ill be at the Cicero location with news letting the world now they are selling VERY BAD CARS!!!

      The customer purchased the vehicle from the Auto Warehouse on August 10, 2022. On October 3, 2022, the customer came to our service department and complained that the vehicle was shutting off. We offered to set up a service appointment, but the customer declined to do so and walked away. On May 16, 2023, we contacted the customer regarding her payment. She stated that she had been having mechanical issues since her purchase. On May 17, 2023, the customer let our service department know that she would have the vehicle brought to our facility for an inspection. We inspected the car and found that it needed a new engine. We called the customer with the quote for replacing the engine. We replaced the engine, however, the check engine light continued to be lit. We found that the car also needed a new turbo and replaced that as a goodwill gesture to the customer. The car was returned to the customer July 1, 2023.

      I purchased a 2014 Dodge Journey from the Auto Warehouse in ********, ** on February 28th, 2023. Since getting the vehicle, it has been in the repair shop more than I have had it in my possession. It has been in the repair shop at least 5 times and takes over a week for them to fix it, i would pick up the car, within 2 days, another mechanical problem occurs. I spoke with the manager, he was going to replace the car due to it having so many mechanical issues, but now they want to give me the same car back. I told them I am at the point of having a refund and they threatened a repossession on my credit even though I am within my 90 days to return the vehicle. I did take the vehicle to another licensed mechanic for a 2nd opinion, and they did not find the same issues as the Auto Warehouse is apparently finding.

      Due to the issues that the customer was having with the vehicle, we offered to allow her to swap that vehicle for a different vehicle. The customer agreed and on May 20, 2023, the customer dropped off her old vehicle and picked up a 2019 Ford Escape.
