Not reporting my personal loan payments to credit bureau with no late payments, still waiting for help with that. Made a partial payment online but was not applied to payment due on the month. Was told just to call and pay it over the phone. Federal savings Bank doesn't seem to be representing veterans very well these days unless they just have a rogue employee, while attempting to do a refinance process REMOVEDjust disappeared, he said he needed some documents which I tried numerous times to make sure he got the documents and sent to his email he never returned the phone calls 5 or more over a two-week period and email inquiries to ascertain whether he received the documents or not showed sent, successfully, but when one calls the 877 number there's REMOVEDreadily answering the phone to do 'new home loans,' then he tries to inform me past or on an outdated notion of which I was calling to contact him to see if he received the new materials.. I prefer to just speak with someone else maybe an actual legitimate representative for Federal savings Bank, REMOVEDpretended to be finding someone for me and forward the call to some voicemail which never answered.. REMOVEDseems to be the only representative answering for Federal savings Bank they've left their reputation in very shaky hands, they claim to be veteran's own company but now one begins to become suspicious I would suggest looking into them a little bit more and beware.

I am rejecting this response because: REMOVEDreceived some not only misleading information but that bordering a flat disingenuousness from REMOVED, the complainant tried to reach REMOVEDnumerous times with the required documents documents, that which you have already referenced on time payments from the servicer REMOVEDwas told that they would be difficult to obtain I would need a week or so when I tried to contact REMOVEDto notify him that the required documents were obtained REMOVEDcould not be reached either by email or by phone, he did not respond to emails so he received them, I then called from a different phone as to be someone looking for a refinance, amazingly REMOVEDanswered the phone, he filibustered a lot about a lot of things regarding questions I asked him then asked if I had sent him some other documents which were already sent to him which he was in receipt of, I then asked him if he received the latest required documents the proof of on time payments he had either no interest or no knowledge of what I was talking about, Federal savings Bank should provide someone for a serious and viable process for veterans if Federal savings Bank has someone other than REMOVEDto represent them in an unrfrivilous process the veteran would be welcome to receive contact by them.

I have informed The Federal Savings Bank to put me on their do not call list several times, and each time the cold caller says they will but ultimately does not as keep receiving calls.

I was looking to possibly do a cash out refinance loan with The Federal Savings Bank, BUT never REMOVEDsales rep REMOVEDtook $495 from me for an appraisal that NEVER took place. I emailed and called him and spoke to him letting him know I was not going through with the loan and wanted to cancel the appraisal. The appraisal was canceled but he never gave me my money back even though he said a refund had been processed and I have this documented him saying this on emails. This was back in April of 2025. Fast forward to right now, Sept 24, 2025 I have yet to receive those funds back and no one will get back to me from The Federal Savings Bank. They took money for services they never did. They stole my money.

On August 22 I submitted payment to the federal saving bank in the amount of$495.00 I decided to refinance through another bank and get that money refunded!I get the runaround from REMOVEDas to the moneys whereabouts!I want my money in a timely fashion!I have reached out to corporate for answers!

I was working with REMOVEDVP of this company. Shortly after things he said verbally werent adding up to the demands. Costs etc. I finally came here after they retained money against what was written. I paid a deposit of REMOVEDon Aug 4th 2025. It was written before I submitted payment that in the event the loan is not processed through that these funds will be returned with the exception of REMOVEDapplication fee. I backed out of the loan as many red flags were showing. Demands changing, him saying one thing but then another thing was needed etc. Finally when they wanted an additional REMOVEDfor an appraisal on the house that we didn't even start was the last red flag. Reason given was the project is rural and complicated. He couldn't explain that as I am 10 minutes from a major city and less than 1 mile off the major highway. Yesterday I recieved a refund in the amount of REMOVED. He replied by email a bunch of costs they took out yet never before was I made aware of these costs in fact it said all monies will be returned minus the REMOVEDapplication fee. He refuses to send me what that page stated and I cant access it yet screen shot it. He sent me something I didn't sign that had cost amendments attached claiming this is what it said. It wasn't amended until after I backed out of the loan. Then I was blocked from seeing or screen shooting it. I still have not recieved the payment page that clearly shows all fees will be refunded minus the REMOVEDapplication fee. More screen shots available.

I am rejecting this response because I never paid nor agreed to any 2rd pary expenses as attached. It clearly states and I was told the fee was for REMOVEDapplication fee that is non refundable and the appraisal fee that I denied to pay as I was going to be charged more than double for that service alone. Since I didnt pay any 3rd party fees nor agree to them I should have been refunded everyrhing minus the REMOVED. Anything short of that is fraudulant charges.

I am rejecting this response because:I NEVER AUTHORIZED THESE SERVICES! I WOULD NOT HAVE PAID FOR THEM. NO 3RD PARTY SEVICE WAS EVER AUTHORIZED BY MYSELF OR ANYONE TRYING TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!
I SEE YOU HAVE MANY BBB COMPLAINTS about this very same issue. This is a fraudulant practice and will see to it others are forewarned. I will not stop until your business stops ripping people off. I demand the rest of my money back so we can move beyond this horrible experience.

My husband and I was trying to get a home equity loan. REMOVEDwas the loan person to help. And after 2 weeks of getting paper work and providing him with all the papers he requested. He told us that we had to pay up front for the REMOVEDto do an appraisal on the house. So we paid $495 money we really did not have. Once he realized that he could not get us approve unless we had a co-signer. We decided NOT to move for worth . Since we never got the appraisal done. He promise us that he would refund All of our money. It took him 3 weeks to send a partial refund of $363.00. And have not send the rest of the money$132.00 and Never explain to us why they were keep the rest of our money. We are on fix income and need all of the money back. He stop returning calls and refuse to let us speak to anyone else. We just want the rest of our money and other vets to be aware of this.REMOVEDand REMOVED

They will not stop calling me. I have no business with them.Usually the calls come from 302 area codes (REMOVED) but the most aggressive come from fake phone numbers spoofing my area code. That guy mocked me when I demanded to know why I wasn't on the Do Not Call list. I just want these people to leave me alone.

In March I was looking at refinancing my home with Rocket Mortgage, but the only appraiser they could get was REMOVEDAppraisal that I have had issues with before so we canceled. REMOVEDat The Federal Savings Bank called me and informed that they could get a different appraiser, but I had to pay the fee first so they could get a new one assigned. They could not get a new appraiser, so I requested the money back. REMOVEDthen lied and dragged it out the next 3 months saying that they could get something to work with a new appraiser. I also got called from others at The Federal Savings Bank hoping to waste time. At he end they sent me a refund of $16 after they have done absolutely nothing for me.
