      I was purchasing a home from this company and so many things went wrong, they were so unhelpful and did awful things like doing stuff and calling my bank and employer without even telling me. Now I am so frustrated because they promised me all this stuff with my loan and as soon as I closed (3 weeks past time) then they sale my loan to another company without even telling me. Then I open the mail box last week with all these past notice bills, alerts, etc and I call one of them and it's a bunch of home warranty crap? Coming from the mortgage place as a final notice? Then there was others saying I needed to pay my bill which I thought I did and after 15 mins on the phone for nothing turns out I paid my bill but the mail thing didn't catch it in time. Talk about a heart attack. This is all after a horrible underwriting experience! Just when will it end with these guys.

      I am a 100% disabled Veteran and was trying to refinance my home to pay off some bills and purchase a boat for my grandson. I was contacted by The Federal Savings bank via an inquiry through lending tree. At this time, I knew nothing about the ***** program. After speaking to a loan advisor at the bank, I was offered a ***** loan. I was also offered +/- $17,000 in cash out. After applying for the loan, I was told that we had to wait 210 days from the last closing date to complete the loan. Then, I was told that it was 210 days from the collection of the first payment. (I found out later it was the latter of the two.). The boat owner finally gave up and moved on, so I was unable to secure the boat in time for the big spring tournament. Next, I was contacted by several other lenders who told me that you can not receive money from a VA approved ***** program. All the while, I was discouraged by the loan officer that they (the other lenders) were probably misrepresenting themselves and actually offering a HELOC or other sort of loan. In a VA ***** loan, you do not need an appraisal or proof of income. I paid for the approved appraiser and put the remaining money into finishing out projects that totaled over $4000 to be able to secure the loan. It was, I later found out, FSB that was misrepresenting themselves by offering me an ***** loan, and knowingly prevented me from reaching out to other lenders, telling me that I could take cash out and we just needed to wait for a rate lock to make sure the underwriter made enough money to offer the loan. I have already lost the boat, have no loan, and my cash reserve is depleted. I see no reason now why to continue the loan process. I also intend on informing the VA regarding the FSBs misrepresentation of the ***** loan. I have also spoken to an attorney about seeking out possible damages.

      We were promised a refund of $495.00 to our credit card for a home appraisal that never occured. We were told 7 to 10 business days for the refund. We still have not receieved the our monies. Our contact will not respond to us.

      Repeated telemarketing calls from this bank, typically once per week. The caller ID information is spoofed making it appear to be a call from ******. Only after several minutes do they give a call back number as ************ which allowed me to identify them. They are trying to sell me refinancing on my house and seem to have a lot of financial information about me that I did not authorize for them to have.

      I am a retired Vet and I was directed by my lender ******************************* to do a VA no money down loan application with the The Federal Savings Bank. In mid-December I started working with ********************* and was approved for $200,000. *********************** and ***************************** were to be the co-signers on the loan to cover the additional $189,000. There were modifications to the loan without our knowledge or permission. ************ coordinated and communicated with our Realtor including relaying loan status information that was not communicated to any of us, the borrowers. Additionally, ********************* along with ******************************* requested a letter from the co-borrowers and instructed them what to put in the letter. The co-borrowers are first time home buyers and were not clear on what was being requested. They agreed to write a draft and send it for approval o ************. The draft was forwarded to their employers, and they were both fired. ********************* also failed to provide the loan denial letter to any of the borrowers in time to recover the ******* money deposit and ignored all of attempts to contact him to get it. We finally received the denial letter from ************ on 2/15 but the ******* money was considered 'forfeited' on 2/10 because we were supposed to close on 2/9

      I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the unauthorized disclosure of my personal information by your company. I was shocked to learn that my Social Security number, address and more was shared with different other companies without my explicit consent. As a customer, expect my private information to be kept secure. The disclosure of my information without my permission is a violation of my trust and puts me at risk.I request a thorough investigation into this matter and to address the following. The only person I have disclosed information to was ***************** ***. 1. Take corrective measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. 2. Provide written assurance that my personal information is secure and has been updated to reflect appropriate privacy controls. Please respond in writing within 15 days to address my concerns and provide a resolution. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I may explore further action, including regulatory complaints and legal remedies. Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious matter. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

      I paid ****** for a home inspection. The money was supposed to be returned if the inspection was not completed and or if I did not accept the mortgage. I went with Rocket Mortgage who also completed the home inspection. This was paid on 6/30/23. I am still trying to get my money back. I just want Federal Savings Bank to return my money. It has been over 6 months. They were to return it, right away. I deal with *********************** and ***********************. Just refund my money.

      A personal loan was incorrectly reported to the credit bureau's destroying my credit and my ability to Re-finance my property to pay back this loan.They have reported this as a home loan and also had it on my account as a duplicate.No apology, no compensation or help.I will refuse to pay this loan until all the credit issues have resolved other wise i will have to seek legal council for negligence and Fraud.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Federal saving bank did not resolve the negligent false reporting of the Loan. It still listed 2 separate accounts on my credit reports also falsely reporting this as a home loan that prevented me from completing a Refinance that was the original plan to settle the loan it its full balance.

      now i have been approached by Debt collector but i did not receive any form of letter or communication before this.

      i have always clearly stated i would pay the debt owed once my credit was resolved and compensation received.

      You banks mishandling of my account informs me that you do not have the best interest of veterans. I will be seeking legal council on this.

      I sent 495 dollars for the appraisal on October 4,2023 for a refinance that I was doing to The Federal Savings Bank with the banker ************** . So he did the application and asked me to send him the fee of an appraisal so they can go ahead with the process . He did the process and well it didn't get accepted. Then he told me that since it didn't get accepted that I would get refunded my money and so far I haven't gotten one ***** back from them. He said that it is accounting that is taking long to send it back to me . I have been waiting patiently but need to pay bills with that money that I had to put on hold so I can do the refinance that didn't get accepted .They should send it back to me as fast as I sent it to him . I am truly upset and have a feeling I have been scammed by their word . He is still keeping in touch when he wants to answer my texts or emails about the situation . Also says he is trying his best to expedite the situation but it's obviously not working fast enough .

      I am rejecting this response because: ******* told me nothing about third party fees so that's a lie . He told me the 495 was for the appraisal. That's all he said and I believed him . He didn't mention any third party fees of any kind . He told me to file out the application and sign them . If I didn't get approved that my 495 would be refunded. So I am very upset because I wouldn't have sent any kind of money to The Federal Savings Bank if I knew they would get my money like that . The people that are doing mortgage applications should explain everything in detail . Not just be in a hurry to s**** someone over . This isn't resolved .

      I am rejecting this response because: this isn't right and I think u all should make this right . This is wrong of the banker to not discuss this with me about the fees . No where in our conversation he mentioned fees because he was explaining the papers to me . I will make sure others know about this matter . I have seen many reviews about the same situation where they were not told and the banker said it was for the appraisal nothing for fees and that's what ************************* did . But ok .
